Works every time
This stuff is amazing. If you have trouble holding your chlorine level, then you probably have a high phospate level. When you add it, it will turn the pool cloudy white. And the whiter the pool, the worse your phosphate problem was. After 24 hours, you will need to wash the filter, brush the sides of the pool, wait another 24 hours and clean the filter again. Works every time!

It removes ALL the phosphates…no more black algae!
This Orenda PR-10000 is fantastic. It stopped the black algae in my pool. In the spring when our trees are blooming and dropping seeds in the pool like mad, my chlorine generator on the salt water pool failed for a few days before I realized it, so no chlorine. The pool was loaded with phosphates, and developed a bad case of black algae all over the place. Small spots all over smaller than a dime each. I couldn’t get rid of it. I used other methods also like steel bristle brushes, chlorine tablets rubbed on, etc, but nothing worked until I got rid of the phospates. YouTube to the rescue! I learned that algae lives on eating phosphates as food, discovered this and bought a gallon. The “red cap test” showed that there was a lot of phospates. (Very cool test to do also.) I treated the pool two or three times and got them to basically zero. Then as another YouTuber suggested, I QUADRUPLE shocked it overnight with HTH Shock. The next morning almost no sign of the algae, just a few spots left and not dark black. I test phosphates now, and with this, they are gone! Thanks Orenda PR-10000 ! This product works differently than the other types that coat the filter. This precipitates the phosphates out of the water, they fall to the floor like in a “snow globe”. Very cool to watch in action.

Does a Great job
We have been used this product a full season last year, Mar. to Nov. I can't express how happy we are with how it fixed our green pool, something we fought with a whole season before. We are new to having so many trees around our pool area which increases our phosphate levels, alot :) We found with our 22k gallon pool, this will clear it up within 12 hours with 3 back washes... Now the fight is over...thank you Orenda...

Something That Actually Works
Finally, Something That Actually Works! I’m seriously impressed with the Orenda PR-10,000. I had been using a product called " FhosFree" before, and it did absolutely nothing for my pool. I was skeptical about spending more on this, but wow—what a difference! This stuff removed phosphates on contact, just like it claims. The water is noticeably clearer, and maintenance has been easier since using it. It’s definitely professional-grade and worth every penny. Highly recommended if you're tired of wasting time and money on products that don’t deliver!

More expensive, but works better
I had been battling very high phosphates using several less expensive brands that most pool owners would recognize for 3 years, but I learned from a pool tech the source of the phosphates can impact with phosphate remover will work. When I described my issue, the tech recommended this Orenda PR-1000 Phosphate Remover, so I spent the extra money and just 1 quart made a dramatic difference, it almost eliminated the phosphate in my pool, something no other brand could do with 1/2 gallon added to my pool. I still use another brand for maintaining a low phosphate level, but if that doesn't work, I add this Orenda and it ends the issue.

Best product for phosphates in the pool.
This was a replacement order. The first showed up upside down and leaking. Don't know if the UPS driver was upset that it leaked in his truck or what. But when we picked up the box it was soaked and about half the gallon was missing. At least this shipment was in a plastic bag in the box. There was still a little leakage, maybe an once or so. But anyways, it works great, it's pricey bit not when you figure the cost against phosfree. My pool is 28,000 gallons and had a reading of 675 on the phosphates. The recommend dose is 6oz, with phosfree it was 3 liters. Plus the phosfree clogs up the filters fast. Found the best way to put it in the pool is to put it in a 1 qt spray bottle and go around the pool and spray . You don't dump it in the strainer. We get a lot of wind and dust here in Southern Nevada so it is a constant battle on phosphates. But a gallon jug usually lasts about 18 months. I recommend this product, just wish they would tape the lid down so it doesn't leak.
