Review: Same as I have had in Brasil and India, but add sugar - I have had this at restaurants, and when I made this at home I learned a couple of things: 1. You usually add sugar, per my wife (Indian). We added 1/4 cup to a pitcher with 1 cup concentrate plus 5 cups water and it is about perfect 2. It seems slightly watery at the 1:5 ratio, so I suggest adding an extra 1/2 cup concentrate to make it 1.5 to 5 ratio 3. My wife said it tastes exactly like she had in India growing up, so high marks for authenticity 4. I was surprised to read that some reviews said it had a bit of a petroleum flavor, but when i first tasted this without the sugar, i can see that. The sugar takes that away 5. I can also see it being a bit of an acquired taste, but if you go into this with an open mind, you may be pleasantly surprised Review: Says it on the bottle; concentrate! - So if you do, (concentrate), you may notice the word; caju. I only bring this up because as a native of Mn., I have thought that the cashew is but another nut, tasty, but coming from... I knew nothing about it's origins or many other uses. Give it a try.
First time ordering for help benefits, it came double wrapped, its slightly thick has a slight bitter taste...but is good..almost like drinking a vitamin type water. I just added less than a half of cup to 33.8 oz of water and down it went.

My favorite cashew juice when I was kid
Used to be my favorite cashew juice when I was kid; it is actually very similar to the real cashew fruit juice (it would be almost impossible to find real cashew fruit in the grocery store here in US...). I like to add some sweetener when I make the juice (and one part of juice for 6 parts of water).

Does not taste like cashew
Do not buy. I had to use both bottles at once to taste something.

Not what I expected
Well, this product really is an acquired taste. Is never tried cashew apple before. I was told it’s suppose to taste like a sweet buttery nut flavor. Not at all when I opened it up. When I open the bottle, there is a strong smell similar to diesel gasoline. I did read the reviews. So, I knew there’s a 50/50 chance it may not go well with my taste bud. I still gave it a shot anyway. It’s important to follow through the instructions on the bottle. If you don’t dilute correctly it will taste like a mixture of rubbing alcohol mixed with gasoline diesel, yuck! So, this is what I did… I mixed the recommended amount of juice with the water as instructed. Then I added applesauce (Mott unsweetened) or fruit juice to the mix. Other people use sugar, but I like sweet fruits. The taste is different with them. It’s like an usual exotic tangy fruit- best how I can describe it. I’ll continue to experiment and maybe it will taste better.
