These are amazing... Pros: -Solid bass -Detailed mids -Detailed and slightly crisp highs but not too high or tinny -adidas app has a great equalizer that can make them sound even better -Custom button with 3 mappings for whatever you want them for -I have a huge head...these fit great. -People complain about them being uncomfortable but once you get used to them they get better -Great at wicking away sweat. -Stylish and look cool on you when you wear them -Tactile buttons work perfect and aren't overly complicated to use -Packaging was very thought out and impressive -Battery life is crazy long -Has USB-C -Washable pads Cons: -The adidas rubber anti-slip band on the inside of the main band makes the headset smaller and suddenly my big head can't fit the headset as well. Hopefully stretching it out will work. Taking it out is a good solution but prob better to try to use it as it is part of the design. -The ear cups hurt my ears at first but now I am used to them. -There is no indicator when the battery is 100% charged, light just stays green. BUY THESE! THEY ARE AMAZING! WORTH THE PRICE!

I love these headphones! Adidas did it right when making RPT-01 Great for working out, sweating & blocking the right amount of noise. These are not over the ear headphones, they sit on the ear & can start to hurt after a while / few hours. I love how you can take the earpad off and wash them after your workout. The music equalizer is something to get use to...you can change the way your music sounds by switching it over to the type of music! The equalizer only works with Spotify (at least for me) The one thing that bothered me about Adidas was...they don't come with a hard shell protection case! Lucky for me, I was able to find a hard case shell that the Adidas RPT-01 fit in. Made by Homvare, sold here on Amazon for around $10 to $12 bucks! P.S...I also bought these headphones in Orange & Grey colors from another website.

I purchased these for the gym but found myself using them around the house because the sound quality and battery life are great. Are they the best sounding headphones I've ever used? No but I'd say they are very, very good, especially for the price, with adequate bass and clear midrange and highs. I like that I am able to detach the ear pads to clean them. Battery life is great as I may only need to charge once a week or every other week depending on usage. The knitted look is also aesthetically pleasing. The main negative is that the fitment is tight. I can wear them for about 1 to 1.5 hours but longer than that and the pressure on the ears becomes uncomfortable. I am willing to live with it though as the sound, style, price, and the fact that it can minimize outside noise makes it a winner.

I was surprised by the sound of these headphones. A lot of sports oriented cans are way too bassy and muddy but this is well balanced in comparison. I like listening to classical music on long runs and jazz on faster runs and the Adidas headphones sound great for these styles. I see that quite a few people have been complaining about how tight these feel, and they are a little tight, but you can easily stretch them (which I did with great success) or completely remove the inner rubber tensioning band. These are not noise cancelling headphones but they do block some of the ambient sound. Above all, they don't "whistle" if you're running outside and it's windy which was my #1 complaint with my previous workout headphones the JLab Audio Rewind (B07BTL786T); but the JLab cost a fraction of the price of the Adidas headphones so it's an unfair comparison. Regarding cost... yeah they're expensive. I hold off purchasing these for a long time because of the price, especially coming from the $20 Jlabs, but I glad I spent the money. The joystick on the right side of the Adidas headphones is a pleasure to use. Short press to play/pause. Long press to turn on/off or pair. Up and down for volume. Left /Right for skipping track. The button on the left can is probably great too but unfortunately, it's crippled by the Adidas app. The only functions you can assign to the button are launch your phone's assistant, launch Spotify or launch Adidas Run. Really? That's it? It means I'll probably never use this button. Oh well. I haven't had any issue using the app so far but if the reviews are any indication, a lot of people seem to have trouble with it either not working, not remembering settings or failing to upgrade the firmware. So buyer beware! Overall I'm very happy and would recommend them!

I absolutely love the Adidas brand. I also love music and I am very picky about what I use to listen to my music. I am not going to lie and say these are the best out there but I absolutely love these. My favorite things about these are the way they look, feel, sound but to me the best thing is the battery life. I didn’t have to charge these for a whole week! By the time I got to Sunday they were still at 40% and I decided to charge them because I saw no reason not to. But I am so confident in the batter life that I leave them on if I know I won’t use them for a few minutes because of how long they last. I have used so many other earphones and headphones. I have owned the JBL Everest 700 when they came out and those were like $300 at the time when I got them. I also bought and still own the Jaybird Vista and those are $179.99 still to my understanding. The Jaybirds are also very amazing for earphones but I still choose these over the Vista’s most of the time, just depends what I am doing. I know adidas has made other collaborations in the past but these were like the first ones that they are really pushing and will be moving forward with. I think they had a great start with theses and will recommend them to everyone that likes adidas and that is looking for a good over the ear headphones that sound great, have amazing battery life and aren’t overly expensive I would say go for these.

Please read all the reviews carefully. The performance and for are perfectly fine a great for working out. I only use ever used them for indoor biking at my house. One day they just stopped taking a charge. No damage, no rough usage. That just stopped charging. So buy something else a lot more sturdy and enduring

So these check off a lot of boxes - they’re light enough, they sound really great, and I find the onboard controls easy enough to use. My biggest regret with these is that I guess I didn’t read the fine print closely enough. You HAVE to install the Adidas companion app on your mobile device or they won’t connect. So, that’s great for my iPhone and iPad. But, it basically rules out using these in an Apple ecosystem with Apple TV’s. No way I can see to get audio from ATV to these headphones. And that means, no movies or TV shows - and most importantly, I can’t use them for the main reason I got them: working out with the Peloton and other fitness apps on the ATV. And it won’t work with Screen Mirroring either, already tried that. Bottom line is that you can’t select these as a BT device on the ATV. Doesn’t appear to be an Adidas companion app for ATV, either - that would be nice! I won’t send them back, as they are pretty nice for running outside, walking the dog, etc. And I feel like I got them too sweaty to return. But knowing what I know now, I would look for another solution. (FWIW, my AirPods work perfectly - but I’m trying to keep those nice and intact because I use them for work, when I don’t want to be seen wearing dorky, bulky over-ear headphones. And I’ve had the PowerBeats Pro, which are complete rubbish with their charging case flaws).

Other reviews said they can cause pain is worn too long. I think this is user error. I got this last week and wore them how I thought was adjusted correctly and after an hour started to get some ear lobe pain. I adjusted them to be higher up on my ear, less pain, did it a bit more, even less. Eventually after 3 or 4 extra clicks from where I first thought was right, there is zero pain after almost a 3hr walk. Sound was fantastic and battery is going strong. Love the textile look and feel. Ear cups come off with a 1/4 turn. Then slip the fabric over the cup to get it off. To put on, roll the fabric back onto the ear pad so it is completely out of the way. Then install with a 1/4 turn (more like 1/8 turn), then roll the fabric back onto the ear piece. Takes 15 seconds when you know what you are doing. Will hand wash and air dry. Really like these.

It is a great product, however, it doesn't fit those with bigger head sizes.

I used Jaybirds X2 until recently... I had issues with their Bluetooth connection for whatever reasons. Traded them up for these RPT-01. I have since had such enjoyment with them. The audio is much nicer, the battery life lasts several days of use for me. I use them for roughly 6 hours a day. The knitted fabric all around them give it a distinct look. The cushions on the ears are nice and soft.
