The recipes were good and the advice really worked
The recipes were good and the advice really worked. Of course with every diet, it takes commitment. In combination with this diet and exercise, I feel really good. The weight is coming off slowly, but I only had about 20 lbs to loose. For me it was more about being healthy and having energy.

Supeeer Shred diet!
Love the book!First off, it is loaded with insanely delicious recipes! Very healthy and super shred diet! I have done it with the past few weeks, and I am really excited with the other loaded recipes listed in this book! :) Kudos!

Recipes fit for a dieter
Getting ready to put to a test during the month of July. The recipes look to be reasonable. Can't comment on taste because I haven't used any of them yet. Looking forward to do so though.

Good book
This book is alright. For the price I paid I would have thought that it would have been a bit more elaborate, but the recipes sound good.

Don't Waste Your Time
Save your money. This 70 page "book" HAD to be self-published. Most of the "recipes" are so simplistic I at first thought they were a joke: Example: How to make Iced Coffee...Brew Coffee. Add ice. Another one: Lemon Water....Pour water in a glass. Add ice and sliced lemon. Seriously??? There are about 10 recipes for each phase of the diet, a few taken right from the Super Shred Diet book. There are good recipe books out there; this is definitely NOT one of them.

a good companion to super shred diet book
it was a good companion to the super shred. I tweaked a couple of the recipes in here to meet my own tastebuds.

I thought this was a good supplement to the Super Shred diet
I thought this was a good supplement to the Super Shred diet. What I especially liked was her inclusion of how to deal with food cravings, and how for each recipe she included the servings, calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat content. I thought her recipes were creative and gave a wide choice of alternatives.

Super Shred Diet Cookbook
This book is full of over 50 super shred diet approved recipes all for under 200 calories per portion. It is easy to follow and all the receipts are healthy including everything from vegetables, soups and even popcorn.
