I also love a good cookbook and know one when I see one. And this is one!!! I have over 300 cookbooks in my collection.If you long for the sea, to be near the smell and the sounds of the ocean this book will help you get there at least in your mind. This book is full of wonderful well tested recipes that my family loves. I have yet to try one that hasn't been a complete hit. My first thought was that this was too lovely to leave out, but after reading it it, I quickly decided that this just too perfect of a cookbook for vacationers who love to cook for family and friends, so on the shelf at the beach house it goes.
