Great condition

I think this book is useful, but there are certain things about it that irritated me. For example, at the end of every chapter there are pages for taking notes, which, of course, is a great thing to do; but. in today's world I see it as a waste of paper. More importantly, there is no index! That really makes it hard to use the book when writing papers or just trying to remember where something is located. Yes, there is a table a contents, but that doesn't have the detail of an index. However, if you can put those cosmetic issues aside, this book has valuable information on preparing lessons for today's students.
