This swivel is super smooth, fast, comes with screws to install into the speed bag platform, very sturdy design in comparison to other swivels, and also doesn't have much "play" in it which is one of my favorite things about this product. I found out about this swivel through a youtube video and glad i did, as the seller explained the benefits of the swivel as compared to other swivels. Review: Buy it - Don’t think. Just buy. I’ve used a few swivels. None cheap. And none compare to this one. This swivel has every design aspect to make it awesome. It’s short! And that’s what you want! A short housing coupled with a short main shaft and a short ring equals a SHORT ARC MOTION. A short arc motion translates to speed. Further, the main shaft is secured in the housing with an E-clip rather than a nut. This means it will never work it’s way loose. Also, this swivel is crazy quiet. All you hear at work is the bag thumping and nothing else. The swivel is heavy and thick and very well constructed. Go ahead and buy something else if you’re not convinced. Fastest swivel I’ve owned because it’s close to the platform ... only design flaw and if the owner or anyone at lmf sees this I will pay you to create a longer screw in cylinder with a hole in it so I can put in a cotter pin ... the screw in always comes loose ..
