I ordered both elbow and knee sleeves. Knee sleeves were too tight so I had to get a larger size...customer service was excellent! I've been using them for a few weeks and they are perfect for my needs. I am very happy with my purchase.

I’ve been putting lots of force through my elbows over many years, this is my first experience with elbow sleeves (for nagging tendinitis starting towards capsulitis).I liked that there was more sizes of this than other brands, which claim one of their sizes fits a much wider range (it doesn’t make sense). I measured slightly into the XL range and bought these, but I was still tempted to buy L. I have mixed feelings.The XL come on and off smoothly (I’ve been water fasting 6 days, they might be tighter when I start eating again) and provide comfortable compression to the elbow; it feels soothing to the inflammation. I don’t think these would provide much support for big lifts. With elbow flexion, they bunch uncomfortably on the biceps and brachialis, but the joint compression still feels good. I suspect the L would bunch less, compress more, possibly support lifts, and be uncomfortable for long term wear. I’m wearing these mostly at rest, to reduce inflammation, and it’s comfortable for hours at a time.The price ($20 for 2 sleeves) and size options make this a good value. I would be torn between trying to find better, or buy an L to wear for more demanding activities and wear the XL at rest for inflammation control. I have mixed feelings about giving 5 stars, but I’m not one to punish a company for my inexperience. For the price, I’d recommend this.

I just received my elbow sleeves in the mail today. Upon taking them out of the package I found them to be a quality product. They have solid stitching and are heavy duty thick. The problem however, lies with the sizing. I could barely get the xxl up my arm. I had to get help to pull them up into position. Once I got them on I felt that the sleeve was too tight in the forearm area causing an obstruction in circulation. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use this product as a result. I wouldn't be opposed to the seller sending me the knee sleeves to use as elbow wraps, Just saying. I have 16.5 inch arms.

I know everyone's body type is different, but I'm 5-11 180lbs and got the large. According to the chart I probably should have gotten XL, but went with L based on some of the reviews I read. They fit tight, and I'd rate the difficulty getting them on as 8/10. I was looking for elbow sleeves because I've recently developed some pain in my elbow during flat bench. I used them for the first time today. They did help with the elbow pain, but I super set bench with a back exercise, and I started taking them off after benching because flexing my arm with them on was very uncomfortable. Anyway, they work well for what I bought them for. The only thing I can compare these to are my Rocktape knee sleeves. These feel similar for half the cost, and I'll probably buy the knee sleeves they sell once those fall apart.

What's tight in a Meuller is a little loose with these. They're well built though, thick material, very durable stitching and if I got a size smaller they would be even better. I'm 6'5" and 250, and been into serious lifting for like 20 years and literally used them different times for different workouts and each time they started sliding down my arms.Great product, just needs better size information. Mine are likely going in the trash. I washed them hoping it might tighten them up but it didn't work and tried that because I wasn't using them anyway.I can't return something I actually had to try for a few days and got sweaty....and washed.

Ordered one size larger than usual and they work great. I’m an older gentleman weightlifter and these really help with my elbow pain. Definitely a good buy in my case.

My initial purchase - inside ripped apart rendering it useless because it no long constricts/compresses.In response to my post about one of the sleeves having ripped after having been used, the company quickly replied and offered a replacement or full refund. I opted for a replacement because I liked how it performed. The replacement arrived later in the week.I recommend the sleeve and the customer service even more.

These were my go-to elbow sleeves for about 2 years. They worked great and the XXLs fit perfect... then something changed. I ordered a new pair 2 weeks ago, the same XXL size I usually get, and I could bearly get them on- I ended up having to roll them on like a condom. Wore them for 3 workouts and the material starting separating. I chalked it up to a mix up in the factory and figured a pair of XLs got labled XXL. So I ordered a new XXL pair... same problem. My guess is they found a new manufacturer that was cheaper and the sizes are different. So my recommendation is order a size up, unless your an XXL, then don't order at all.

Great fit and they keep my elbows warm and I like the stability they offer.

I should have headed the other previews. I bought a large as I thought that would be the right size for my 39.5cm biceps. They were not.The quality on this product is fantastic. I was tugging and pulling on the sleeves to look for any weakness or flaw. Found nothing. Very strong and fit for purpose.Please use my arm measurement as a rough guide to which size will work for you.The company was easy to contact through Amazon and shipped me the XL size at no charge. Absolutely wonderful and prompt customer service before and on New Year's Day.Whenever I look for fitness kit, I will look for this company first if nothing more than their customer service. Top notch!!

The elbow sleeves kept my elbows warm and provide decent support. Good for Cross-Fit style and calisthenics workouts. They are very comfortable and stayed in place. I highly recommend them as an inexpensive starting point if you want to try out elbow sleeve
