My fiancé said it was easy to install although he had a little trouble installing; he left off something. For the most part, the part for perfect for my washer, and it is working great!

This drain pump is an exact fit replacement to the more expensive OEM samsung front load washing machine drain pump. I saved so much money going this route and it works just as well if not better than the original one I took out. I am reordering 3 more of these to keep on hand for my appliance repair business.

Pump arrived out of the box and the plastic casing over the coil was completely detached from pump coil. Used old covering from old pump. You should really think about your packaging standards. This was unacceptable.

just like many other reviews....couple months and fail. ridiculous. this cant be a coincidence...read other reviews...and they DONT mention warranty....however it says to click here for warranty info...also goes nowhere.

The first pump worked fine for a couple months then the impeller broke loose and I needed to replace it I can't say if it was a defect or a lollypop stick that got in and broke it with 6 grandkids living with me anything is posiable. for the price it does the job I expected and have no complaints.

The part came and was easy to install as expected but....just a little over a year later and this part has failed on me. The plastic fan piece has broken off and therefore is unable to pump water out, no simple fix to that part so I am forced to find another water pump...just not this one. Buyer beware of longevity, it did work for a year though with no issues prior.
