The negative reviews on here make ZERO sense! IGNORE THEM. I gambled and bought a case of 12. I’ve tried almost every CBH there is. Armour is a respected brand, so it seemed like it was a pretty safe bet. Based on the reviews on here, I was afraid of what I’d see when opening the can. It looked every bit as good as the other brands. Smelled great, too! I warmed up my cast-iron skillet to medium heat. I then scooped the van into my hot skillet. I flattened it out and let it cook, without touching or turning, for 10 minutes. Looking good! I then turned it over and cooked the other side for 10 minutes. As it browned up, I broke 3 eggs on top. Fried eggs. Let the eggs mesh with the CBH. I like my eggs Sunny side-up. Eating it was the fun part! The CBH was tasty and CRISPY. As good as any I’ve had. Worked out to be $2.10/can. Half price of most grocery store prices. I’ve seen it recently at $4.80/can!! NOPE!! BUY THIS TODAY!! Good sized can and high quality product.

You cannot beat the price at $2.34 a can. That's more then a dollar savings per can over the name brands. It was delivered same day and the taste and texture were great. I will buy again

Tastes good and a bit cheaper than the other brands sold here. However, it has a lot of liquid water and grease and the potatoes are more prevalent than the meat. This is a good alternative to the higher cost brands. But, I would have to rate this Armour brand a good deal below the Mary Kitchen brand. That one tastes better and has less liquid and more meat than this brand.

They must have changed the formula because this new case is terrible.Mushy at best then liquifies when heated.Thick layer of fat at the top of the can.Salty and gross. Will be cancelling my subscription.

Comes in a huge can so plenty of goodness for a side my over easy eggs and our dogs go crazy when they reconize the smell cooking.

If Hormel makes dog food, Armour makes cat food in the sense that the product is very greasy and wet. The meat texture is very fine, almost like ground meat. One can is enough to feed someone for a day, and I find the price agreeable. The cook time is slightly longer than Hormel hash, and the grease tends to fight back and jump at you when cooking it in a pan. It's good, just not good enough to be an every day kind of meal. Season it with jalapeños, garlic butter, and cayenne pepper and fry it crispy for best results.
