The item arrived and I was initially pleased, even though the quality was poor. One week later the handle broke and the inside stitching has started coming apart. I was offered a refund on return of the item but this is inconvenient, so I took the bag to a cobblers they customised it and I'm ok with it now. I will not buy from this seller in the future. The usual cheap, badly made tat.

I loved this bag when it arrived. I thought it was exactly what I had wanted .. roomy, had plenty of pockets and seemed well made - within the first couple of weeks, there were small niggles. The main zip caught in the lining every time... the side pocket zips were sticky too...and the design of the handles (fixed with buttons and removable) meant that you could be left holding the handles while the bag has fallen on the street... but still an okay bag. Until one of the handle fixtures fell off rendering both handles useless. This was followed today - less than three months later by one of the shoulder strap clips breaking completely. Luckily they were right to claim it was waterproof... Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone intending to use this bad more than once in a blue moon

This bag looked fab until I put things inside it and it literally fell apart! The studs of the handles came off the bag and the inside lining which was quite loud, also came off the seams. Such a shame as I really liked the look of it.

Looks exactly like the picture, zips all work well. Material is perfect, I got exactly what was described, love it

Very lovely soft tan bag, the only thing I didn’t like was the lining is very stiff & crinkly apart from that it looks great

Its a very nice bag, but the picture is a tad deceiving, its smaller than i expected. But that that means i can't carry around as much useless crap! Lol x

A really exquisite bag, nice size, fits a lot in it, love the suede effect and the style of handle to carry it by without the shoulder strap. Lovely colours and worth the price.

Strap came undone within a week
