### ⭐⭐ Cute but arrived DAMAGED and Birthday Express would not take responsiblitiy

I bought this bouquet for my daughter's birthday. Two of the balloons arrived with holes in them! I put tape over the holes and was able to make them last through the party but they immediately deflated after that. These balloons are expensive and should last at least a week.I contacted Birthday Express, and they said it's Amazon's fault. They were completely unwilling to take responsibility.I will not order something from Birthday Express again because they do not stand behind their products or offer any help with problems.

The Mylar balloons wouldn't float with the helium.  I bought some 97 cent latex that did much better.
