The button won't say down and gets hard on the fingers and thumb. And does not get hot very fast. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Cheap device but gets job done *by B***A on June 17, 2021* I’ll discuss the pros and cons. It works, but it’s a pain in the butt you have to hold down the button for it to stay hot at all times and it does get pretty hot but your thumb starts to hurt because the wax needs to stay constantly hot to burn into the crevice you’re trying to patch. It does not come with batteries so you have to put two double AAs in it and not rechargeable. It is not very solid and very cheap plastic so I actually broke it the second time I used it the metal rod popped in and it still works but I constantly have to pull it out. The waxes are a nice array of colors and work well on hardwood floors.
