This is Not an American chocolate mix that is thin and sweet. It is Spanish style which is thick and not so sweet. It does taste very similar to what I enjoyed in Madrid.I mix the powder with some hot water to dissolve it then add Hot milk and stir. If you wait to heat the milk after you dissolve the powder, the chocolate is really thick and it is difficult to stir in the milk without lumps. So, make sure the milk is Hot before you dissolve the powder.Otherwise, it is delicious. I wish I had churros to dip, but Those are a bit beyond my skills to make.

I purchased this based on the reviews. I had never heard of this hot chocolate. I absolutely love it. I mixed two tablespoons with about 7 Oz of milk. The texture was a bit thicker than other hot chocolates but the taste was delicious and reflects the quality of the chocolate. It may be a bit pricey but it is well worth it.

This is the excellent,it tastes exactly like the hot chocolate you find in European cafes. Thick and rich, so good you can eat it by itself. It microwaves quickly and is easy to make

This hot chocolate mix is a little too thick for me and not drinkable. I have to use very little and mix it with a regular USA type hot cocoa. The taste is okay.

It lacks freshness and feels a bit "jellyish" on the palate. The taste improved slightly when I added dark cocoa powder to the mug.
