Ordered these when counting them found only 21 in a bit disappointed

Happy daughter
My 11 year old daughter was so keen to get these and I thought they might be too tricky to clip into hair but she finds it easy. Kept her occupied during lockdown . They do malt a bit though do make sure you have a good vacuum cleaner.
