Has been nice for me as I am outside and sometimes in area with bad service and I need to bump up my battery. Good product, Mophie has been doing this a long time and they are a good brand. ### ⭐ Disappointed - this thing is useless. *by B***S on January 6, 2020* Update:Ok, this thing is useless. Seems to give at best a weak charge to the phone for maybe an hour, then it’s dead. I’d return it if I could, unfortunately I’m on a road trip and won’t be back home until the return window is over.The first thing I do when I get a new phone is order a Mophie case. They've always served me well, and have done an amazing job of extending battery life of all of my phones. Often, I'm almost through the day before the phone even starts using it's own battery.That's not the case with the battery case for the iPhone 11 I just got. I have a few complaints:1) The case doesn't charge at all unless you press the button on the back and tell it to. I don't like this at all, the whole point of the case is to lengthen the life of the phone battery, so I want to use the case battery before I use the phone battery.2) It charges wirelessly. Yeah, duh, it says that on the product description. Now I know better. It's slow and inefficient. Once you start the charge, it can't keep up with the phone usage. Also, it turns out that wireless charging is only ~50% efficient, so half of what's in the Mophie case is wasted energy.3) Probably related to #2, but it doesn't seem to last very long. I start it charging the phone maybe halfway through the day, and a couple hours later it's dead. So at best it seems to slow down phone battery discharge for a couple of hours. Compared to my iPhone 6 Mophie case this is very disappointing. That case would keep the phone battery at 100% until very late in the day.Mophie touts the wireless charging as a way to charge the phone and still let you use the headphone port on the iPhone.
