Quality
I had this water counter top for over three years and I change the filters every 3 months. The quality of the filters are fantastic. I rinse the filter from the top until I see clear water i also give i a few shakes while doing this which help the filter to be totally wet and working right. I'm disabled so need to watch what I put in my body. This glass water dispenser is amazing and I've recommend to family and friends. They all love it. Plus I use this for cooking and mt kettle which has a filter so my hot drinks taste amazing. Highly highly recommend product. It looks amazingly fantastic as a centre peace on my dining table. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽♥️♥️

IT LEAKS
Worked brilliantly for a while.. until it started to leak. Unable to replace the tap and no response from customer service. I ignored all the previous reviews on here saying it leaked as I thought it would be ok.. but it isn't.. and its VERY annoying!

Definitley worth the money
Very happy with the filter! Water tastes nice and has no horrible smell like tap water. I use it for drinking, cooking and the kettle and refil around 3 times a day, it has a large capacity and filters reasonably quickly. Also has helped with constant indigestion due to high ph. Was lucky enough to get this discounted, so glad I purchased it that ive bought 3 more for family members!

Stylish and hopefully cut down on buying bottled water
The water filter was very easy to set up, which I really appreciated. I love the design of the glass filter — it’s elegant and allows you to see the water clearly, unlike stainless steel models. I also find it reassuring to be able to see the inside, as it helps ensure the water remains clean and free from any algae buildup. We’ve always relied on bottled water, usually going through around eight crates a month from Costco, so I’m hoping this filter will help us cut down on costs and waste. So far, we’ve only done a taste test, and while I’m not completely sure how I feel about it yet, that’s mostly because the water wasn’t as cold as the bottled water we normally store in the fridge. I’ve bottled some filtered water to chill, so we’ll see how it compares — fingers crossed! Overall, it’s a stylish addition to our kitchen and looks great on the counter.

Damaged lid; filter works well so far
I'll have a go at giving the most honest review. Pros: - it has a soft taste -it's quick to filter the water for fast replenishing - we all feel better for making this change as we have been wanting to get a good quality filter for a while... I suppose we would need more time to assess -It's stylish and compliments our kitchen decor (not necessary but adds to the feel good factor) - it came with 2 different taps to choose from which is ideal (but not happy it's plastic) Cons: - damaged lid straight out of the box - not sure how to contact customer service yet - we have all been constipated for a couple of weeks now (perhaps adjusting to new water..) - my 6yr old says it still tastes like the pool (chlorine) but I don't taste this - the tap is plastic .. ? We liked the metal taps as shown when we were deciding on purchasing. The insert is also plastic and the water filter too. We went with a glass jug because we are trying to limit plastic use so this was a con for us (perhaps there are only plastic made filters though...) I'll have to keep looking. Setup: It was pretty straight forward for me but it did leak initially: I didn't secure the filter down enough so the tap water leaked into the filtered water bit and secondly, I didn't tighten the tap enough so water leaked onto the counter. Once I corrected these 2 things it works as should. Water taste: I wasn't sure if it was a pro or a con.. it's different. Better than tap water, not as nice as some bottled water... I've been telling myself it's better for me (but not certain of this)... you'll have to decide for yourself; I may not be used to it yet.. praying it wasn't filtered the good minerals from the water that we need.

Too fast
It looks great, but I have my doughs that it really filters the water. As you fill the top part with your tap water, the water just goes through very fast! All the water filters I had in past filters the water much slower. Unless there is a defect on mine it’s very odd

The item arrived with missing pieces needed to assemble the item. The plastic seal was also broken and the glass was chipped. It's easy to see this is a really poorly put together product that is using branding to sell above product quality.

Filters water but it doesn’t make alkaline

Ok so i researched water filters and finally settled on this one. When you taste the difference in the water quality, wow! i luv it and am so happy i purchased this particular one. I read a number of reviews taking into consideration various complaints but honestly i cannot see why anyone would gripe or complain about this product at all. 1. first off i like the bamboo wood stand it sits on. unlike other reviewers who said it wiggled and another used glue. Im shocked really becuz literally all you need is a philip screw driver! i screwed the legs onto the based and it was VERY sturdy!!! If u don't have muscles use an electric screw driver. Easy peasy and a very strong standing base for the glass tank to sit on. 2. Next i LOVED the glass tank, i was impressed. it is not a cheap piece of glass. i'm very much looking forward to using glass as i have been using plastic for years and hard water spots don't clean up so well on plastic. oh and the tank is huge!!! 3. Loving the bamboo/stainless lid, just place it on, fits perfect! 4. So here's the thing with the water quality and the filter - FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. yes it's that easy. oh!! and the water filters though pretty fast!!! put my old brita to shame! 5. I soaked the filter in water for about 30 mins. instructions say 10 mins. 6. Then i rinsed the filter under running tap water, shook it, rinsed it again. And pushed it into the whole where the filter sits. It's easy, you can be rough with it, just push it in and look at the sides, the filter just needs to sit flush against the base it sits in. It's super easy, really i can't say this enough. 7. Then i tackled the spicket; which comes with TWO n all it's hard ware, which is minimal. the rubber sealer is already in place on the glass tank, and all you do is put the spicket in, and screw on the nut. I honestly don't understand WHY it would leak for any one. (unless they changed the designed ofcourse) I hand tightened the screw then i tightened it every so gently with pliers and that was it. I kept checking it to see if it leaked and nope, it's perfect. 8. Then i followed the instructions and got perfect water. I poured in water at the top, let the water filter through, then dump it out, fill it up again and let the water filter through, then dump it out. Do this twice! IF YOU SKIP THIS PART yes you will have greyish water becuz the filter needs to be properly prepared for drinking use. 9. Finally fill up the tank one more time and you are in business!!! I took a sip before i treated the water and i was wowed at how much diff the water tasted. It is very good water! I personally decided i would use adya clear drops in the water prior to pouring it into the top base. It's like treating the water prior to it filtering, then the water filters through, catches all the yuky stuff, then it's clean for drinking. I Love this so much i am taking my own water to work now. We do have filtered water at work but it is not as nice as this tastes. This is the second best purchase i have made this year!!! and both were to contribute to better health and better health includes good quality water. TY so much for making this product, i couldn't be happier. AND it is very affordable!!! i see this lasting for many years to come. TYTYTYTYTYTYtytytytytyty!

I was apprehensive about ordering this unit based on reviews, but again most people only review when they are disappointed, I, myself have been meaning to review this item, but life is busy. If I was upset I probably would have made it a priority to review, so take those reviews with a grain if salt. This unit is amazing! My kids are drinking way more water. It was easy to assemble. I soaked the filter while I assembled the unit and washed everything with hot soapy water, reviews stated a plastic taste, so I was overly proactive. I ran 6 full cycles through the unit before taking drink, it filters quickly with the base line filter it comes with, I can't speak to the add in filter. The water is crisp, clean, and refreshing. As for the faucet leaks, mine came with two faucets and a ton of silicone gaskets, one of the two faucets did leak, the gate valve in that faucet sucks, but I quickly swapped it for the secondary faucet. No leaks, no issues. I debated between this unit and a rainfresh gravity system, I landed on this because unit of the esthetics to be honest. It is beautiful, it isn't a stainless steel monstrosity occupying a large space, it's light and airy, you don't really notice it's there. The filters for this seem to be readily avaliable and a decent price compared to other units on the markert. Glad I pulled the trigger on this system
