This actually even on the first pill one taken before I went to sleep relaxed me and allowed me to get a night sleep. It did cause me to have more dreams because I guess I was in a deeper sleep relaxed. I actually did not wake up which is normal for me on waking up once or twice tonight. I have noticed the stress level lowered a little bit and able to deal with people a little better and easier. I do recommend this it works great. If you were looking for some thing that’s going to knock you out cold and make you a zombie this is not for you. It is oh good natural remedy though.

I’m moving, planning a wedding, applying to school, and working. Normally I would be having a nervous breakdown and crying everyday. I haven’t cried in idk how long. This has definitely helped with my mood. I have had trouble sleeping for years. I now take this one hour before bed and I have no issues falling or staying asleep. I absolutely love this and will be buying it again when it runs out.

Does help with falling a sleep. But doesn't keep you a sleep through the night. Buy would still buy.

This helps me so much! For some reason I can get phlegm buildup in my throat when I eat- like some allergic reaction and this resolves this when I take it.

I have taken jujube before and this is weak. And the pills are way too big.

I bought this product to lower cortisol levels but not sure what it is, my body just kept getting tachycardia I had to stop using it, with 3 times of taking it, bottle is still full. I think this is not for everyone i guess. I rate it 3 stars cause i understand thats the way it goes with supplements.

This product may increase blood pressure dramatically.

As another reviewer mentioned this herb was recommended on Dr Oz a few weeks ago. It lowers your blood pressure and relaxes you quite well. About an hour after taking it my blood pressure was lowered by about 10 points (top & bottom numbers). Since salt causes my blood pressure to rise somewhat I will occasionally use this after a salty meal such as when eating soup or Chinese food (both have high salt content). So far I've used it twice and it works very well. Also it makes you very relaxed and somewhat tired. It's great when taken about an hour before bed. So far it has not caused any side effects and it works. I'm quite happy with this purchase.
