Mitaki-japan Flexible44; Magnetic Led Work Light - ELWRK27

If you are looking for a cheaper version of a snake/work light this is an excellent option! My brother wanted the B&D one as a Christmas gift but I either could not find it or when I did it was overpriced, so, I decided on this one and glad I did.This is a very well made quality light for the price.The neck is a lot longer than it looks in the photos (and on some more expensive models as well) - I did measure it but I can't remember exactly how long - sorry. The lights are super bright and come from both the bar and/or the top area too. Also, the magnetic bottom is an awesome touch, this was the only one I found that had that feature. Does not need to be charged either or expensive huge batteries needed.The only cons I can think of is that in the description it is stated that batteries ARE included but you can clearly see on the photo of the box that they are not. Bit confused about that but I figured they most likely were not included (they are not). No biggie.Also, if you have it at a certain angle it tends to droop from the weight.Now since this was a gift and I am not the person using it I cannot attest to how well it is working - for whatever reason he wanted it for!:) I will ask and see how he likes it and update if I can, but personally I definitely recommend this. Seems great for working on cars, workshop, under sinks or hard to reach areas - tons of uses around the house and shop!

This is a very nicely made product at a good price.The large diode array (Flat face looking down) creates a large field of light sort of like a floodlight. The end array (at the tip) acts more like a narrow spotlight. The problem I have is that the flexible gooseneck will not support the weight of the lamp head in an extended position (with the base on a vertical wall). It's also droops somewhat, with the base on a horizontal surface, depending on how long a reach you try to achieve.With these limitations I make it work for me but I did buy a different light for the tough setups.

Worked well until the heat from the grill softened the plastic and caused the magnet to fall out :-(Be careful if attaching directly to the grill

Bought to use on my mini milling machine. Works great and has a strong magnet. Stays where you put it! Bright!
