They sort of fit
It was a cute, and a fun gift for my kid. However the clothes are rather tight on the doll that it said it would fit. So I think they aren’t the best for 16 inch dolls as described.

This set with a companion doll was a birthday gift for a granddaughter. She was very happy with the clothing. The pacifier and the bottle did not come in the bag with the clothing which required me to contact Amazon to request the missing pieces and complete the set. They promptly sent me a replacement set inclusive of all items. This is world class customer service.
