Sturdy. Purchase at 2 to three times a year

We are working our way through the 2nd order of these. They are nice and sturdy. They don't tend to flex nor are the brittle... it really takes a lot of prying to get them to break. We routinely use them to cut up food for an elderly person. And, of course, they are good for things like spreads and such. So, they don't flex in either orientation.A few of the blades looked scuffed, likely due to the bulk packaging. And, we would prefer to buy these in white. But, these are minor concerns.We don't tolerate wimpy cutlery at any price. These are indeed heavy weight and a great value.

I am very happy with these knives. They are good quality and reasonably priced.

I work full-time for the federal government, and I do not have time to do things like dishes. Buying these make sure that my kitchen always stays spotless.

I always keep plastic silverware around for ease of use and less dishes. Some brands are really flimsy but not these. Many times the handles have open spaces making them weak but these are solid. Will definitely buy again!
