good quality. not cheap but I feel like this has helped considering all of the post-injection adverse effects I have had to deal with. does not alter the autoimmune issues, but I have not had any cardiac or clotting (PE. etc.) events so far (thank God), unlike some folks I know who are no longer around. from the research I've done, this is among the best SP clot fighters out there. sucks to have to take something like this everyday, but very glad it is there.

It is difficult to find nattokinase and serrapeptase supplements that are properly enteric coated like this one. I switched to Solaray from Doctor's Best because of the coating, as I want to make sure I actually get the benefits from the ingredients. No adverse effects.

I can't say it does do anything or not,because I didn't take it for long enough.Two weeks into taking it every morning,it started to give me bad heart burn so I stopped taking it.

I am grateful for all the positive posts. At first, I didn't think this product was working until, I finished the whole bottle and didn't have it for two weeks. I have been diagnosed with fibriods for years and one of the things I noticed was I had a lot of clear vaginal discharge, no smell. I noticed I had more space in my uterus and less cramping in that area. I did further research to see if other women had this experience and to my surprise and yes shrunk fibriods!!! Second, I have been having hip and thigh pain along with numbness in my big toe and it took that away too!! I only used this product for one month and experienced all that and probably more than I am aware of.

I can't use it anymore because the price increased by a lot and the dose is lower than those of competitors, but I believe it did what it stated and I'll go back to it if the price goes down or there's a sale.
