Review: Fabulous EDIBLE CLOUD PILLOWS - No-bake Lemon Chiffon Raspberry Entremet - These silicone molds I used once ... they make such beautiful pillows. I used lemon enhanced with turmeric which mellows the sour, raspberry coulis seeping out the sides with dribbles of goodies sprinkled on top - lemon rind, cacao drizzle, dried raspberries... and like a CLOUD I made a date and not base that they sat on - like a French Entremet. A fin item to experiment with. These were all no-bake with a cashew cream homemade ice cream base made of nuts. Highly Recommend - I hand washed the molds for longevity.
