Buy a google pixel, you'll love the camera!!
I bought this used. It was in good condition. Cons: The charging port is lose. So, I think the previous owner may have dropped the phone while charging on the charging port. It randomly stops receiving texts. I called my service provider and they reset the network. It has happened twice. If it happens again, they want me to bring it in for a full diagnostic. Not sure if it the phone's fault. When it came, the camera was dirty and smudged. Pros: The camera is incredible! I can't say enough. This is worth the camera alone. If you are thinking of the google pixel 4 and are looking for a good camera, buy it. The low light feature is amazing. I still can't believe how great the pics are in low light. The battery is amazing. It lasts a little over a day and then some. I'm on my phone browing a lot so I'd say I'm a heavy user. The feel and interface is great. It took a bit to get used to, but love it. I would strongly recommend to get a google pixel. If you have the funds, I would suggest to buy it new. The used one I got is pretty good. I'm just a little nervous about the loose charing port and it randomly not getting texts.

For the price it can't be beat
I got one renewed and the only two defects are a scratch on the volume rocker and a battery with only 86% capacity according to AccuBattery. Since the batteries aren't cheap or easy to replace that's kind of a bummer but it's enough to last until the next set of Pixels come down in price on the used market. I still get about 5 hours of screen time. Not good but not horrible. There is no fingerprint reader so it's not very convenient with a mask but it's not a huge deal. Battery life is fine but I do have to recharge at least twice a day as a heavy user (I don't let it drop below 25% and I unplug at 90% and I don't charge overnight). Screen is good, the forehead is big but there's no camera cut out. Speakers are good, nice and loud. The camera is amazing and why I keep buying Pixels. It's fast and consistently takes great photos and video but the lens gets filthy almost immediately so I constantly have to wipe it off. Running stock Android is nice and fast too, and Pixels usually get four major OS upgrades so with two under the belt there's two more to go so this phone will last a long time. You'll have to replace the battery before it runs out of official software support.

Received phone with "Stuck Battery Glitch" then received wrong phone as replacement..
Purchased from ELECTRONIC DEALS. I received my renewed Google Pixel 4 XL 128gb yesterday (12/23/20). There was a deep scratch on the back glass of the phone, but the front of the phone looked immaculate. It came with a cheap case and other than that scratch was in good shape. I put it on the charger before starting it up and instantly noticed a little battery icon with a question mark in it. Weird I thought. From there I powered it on and started the set up process. Once it was setup I notced the battery had only said 50% the whole time it was charging so i unplugged it. I used the phone for about 10 minutes after that and it suddenly powered off. I plugged it back into the charger while it was off and this time it showed me "1%" and that it was charging. Once it got to around 25% while charging and off I turned it on. Sure enough the phone said 50% battery when at the home screen. I looked it up and this issue is super common with Pixel 4/4 XL usually requiring a battery/motherboard replacement. Having a phone with an inaccurate battery value being reported and it shutting down makes it next to useless. I have contacted ELECTRONIC DEALS and I hope they'll send me a replacement Pixel 4 XL 128gb without the same issue. I'll update this review with the information/solution their customer service provides. --UPDATE-- The seller replied to me quickly and on Christmas, which was pretty great customer service. They're going to send a replacement phone (I really do like the phone beside the battery issue that's tough to notice without using it a couple days). I'll update about the new phone they send. --UPDATE(1/11/21)-- I finally received my new phone from ELECTRONIC DEALS. They sent me the significantly cheaper 64gb version of the the pixel 4 XL 128gb I purchased. The screen of this phone also has lots of scratches on it, including directly over the selfie camera(see photos). This really bums me out. I'll be sending them a message and see what they say. What a bummer.

Absolutely Perfect, Everything I've Looked Forward To!!
First of all, i want to mention that i appreciate the seller i bought this from, the shipping was fast as could be, i actually first bought this phone from a different seller that left me hanging for about a little more than a week, not knowing if it had shipped out or not, etc etc, come to find out, they were out of stock of this phone and waiting until I reached out to them to tell me they had run out of stock. So to say that i appreciate the fast service from this seller, is an understatement. Now onto the phone itself, I absolutely love it, I'm a big fan of the pixel line, and i am upgrading from a Nexus 6p. The phone is slightly less wider than a Nexus 6p, but that is not a downside, as it allows my thumb to be able to reach across the screen more easily. Quick Charge is super neat and the battery lasts me all day, I'm a heavy user btw. I have yet to try out the wireless charging but I look forward to it. Face recognition was surprisingly fast, as fast as finger print recognition from the Nexus 6p, which was a big worry for me, since I thought that i would have to be holding my phone up to my face like a middle aged uncle attempting to take a facebook profile picture, it even works pretty well in dim lighting!

If you know what you're getting into...
I am a huge Pixel fan and I bought the Pixel 3 at launch and decided I would wait for the Pixel 4. When I saw it went on sale here for 289/315 with tax was skeptical, to say the least. I read the reviews that said it wasn't unlocked, or that the battery was toast, or that it was scratched. Knowing all of that, I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway because all of those are fixable. Here's what I got. I got a Pixel4XL. I arrived in a white box that looked a little bit like the one Google uses for their phones but it wasn't branded. The phone was wrapped in bubble wrap and there was a Verizon branded USB-C to USB-C Charger which concerned me since it was supposed to be unlocked. The phone was protected and wasn't damaged by shipping. there was a minor scratch on the upper left part of the screen (Not noticeable unless you examine it in the right lighting and angle). It booted up perfectly. It was at 50% which I thought was a weird percentage to be on. I inserted my ATT SIM and it accepted it. No problems there. After about 30 minutes of setting up and installing apps and whatnot, I noticed it was still at 50%. Bingo. It had a defective battery. I called a UfixIbreak and they told me at most it would cost $100 to fix it. So all things considered a refurbished Pixel4XL for $415 - still not bad. I dropped my phone off and it was ready within 4 hours. I asked them to just lean out all the ports and speakers which were clean but you could tell someone had used the phone. They replaced the battery and ran some tests on it. It was working 100% capacity and health. THE BEST PART: It was FREE! Google extended the warranty for the Pixel 4 battery so they were able to do it at no charge. It's basically a brand new phone at this point! The Verizon charger is a fast charger and is really high quality. If you make sure to read and know what you're getting into and plan ahead to get batteries replaced and clean the ports/speakers, then this can be an excellent purchase!

I only want stock android
Upgraded from my 3a which was a good budget phone but it did have weak internals. I weighed out my options do I want a new 4a do I want a 5 came to the conclusion I wanted this phone. I haven't had this phone long but I'm happy. Specs are really nice and I don't mind the little bit of forehead bezel this has. As for the 5g I'm not really a person that needs the fastest mobil data im more of a wifi user and if I'm using data itll b more for music or Google maps. The battery is not impressive. I've had ppl ask me about switching to android I told them only go with stock google, but they didnt listen and were swayed by specs of samsung's and they regret it and are switching back to apple. So if your gonna go with android, google pixels are the best experience. Don't be swayed by 120 refresh rates and the strongest chips, all stuff that really don't matter for the average phone user. 300 bucks is all day for this phone but remember when your adding to cart look at the sellers and pick the best rating, I almost made the mistake of just adding to cart nd almost got a phone from a lower rated seller. It really matters when your buying refurbished phones the phone I got seems brand spanking new I couldn't be more satisfied.

Worth it
I was skeptical of buying this phone due to the recent string of bad reviews, but with costs continuing to exceed beyond belief, I opted to save some money when I needed a new phone quickly. This phone had zero signs of being used, it literally looked brand new. This is very worth it for the money. The battery lasts longer than any other Google Pixel or phone I've had. I've had zero issues with this phone so far. I like this model more than the cheapo Pixel 9 Pro I had previously upgraded to. That phone stinks, this phone does not.

Nice, but not as described based on condition terms
Phone was nice, but was not in excellent condition that description stated. The screen had no scratches, but you can clearly see all the scratches around the perimeter of phone and glass on the back of the phone. Just a little disappointed.

Amazing smartphone, even after updating to android 13
The Google Pixel 4 XL is a flagship smartphone that offers a premium experience with a great camera and good performance. The device is built with a sleek and sturdy design, featuring a metal and glass construction. The 6.3-inch OLED display is large and vibrant, with a resolution of 3040x1440 and a 90Hz refresh rate, providing a great visual experience for watching videos, browsing the web or playing games. One of the main highlights of the Pixel 4 XL is its camera system. The rear camera setup includes a 12.2MP main sensor and a 16MP telephoto sensor, both of which are able to capture stunning photographs with great detail and color accuracy. The camera also has a Night Sight mode that allows you to take great shots even in low-light conditions. The front-facing 8MP camera is also great for selfies and video calls. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM, which provides a smooth and snappy performance. The phone also features a face unlock system that is fast and secure. The device runs on Android 10, which provides a clean and easy-to-use interface, and it is also eligible for the next Android updates, which ensures that the phone will be up-to-date in terms of security and features. The device also comes with a built-in Google Assistant, which allows you to control the phone and access information quickly and easily. However, the device also has its downsides. One of the most notable is the battery life, which can be short if you're using the phone heavily throughout the day. The phone comes with a 3700mAh battery, which is average for a device of this size. The device also lacks expandable storage and a headphone jack, which may be a deal breaker for some users. Additionally, the device is not compatible with 5G networks, which is a disappointment for those who are looking for a 5G capable device. Overall, the Google Pixel 4 XL is a great smartphone for those looking for a high-end Android device with a great camera and clean software. The device's design, display, and camera are top-notch, and the performance is smooth and snappy. However, the device's battery life, lack of expandable storage and headphone jack, and lack of 5G compatibility are downsides that should be considered before making a purchase.

Google Pixel 4 XL; 128 gb Reacondicionado bueno.

Functional phone with some signs of wear
As per pictures attached, the phone as some wear signs on it, especially near the cover. Nothing that would make me return the phone but definitely not new either. The only other issue I might have is the battery level, it dropped easily down to 50% after a morning use of Spotify. Other than that, the phone takes wonderful picture at night time. I have yet to find a phone camera from 2019 that takes as nice picture as this one. I am really happy to get the 4 XL instead of the others because it also has the optical zoom with telephoto and the dual exposure controls which allows you to manually adjust the shadows and highlights as you are composing a shot. The feature combines with Live HDR+ so you will see the photo's exposure before you hit capture. At 90Hz refresh rate with 537 ppi density, this phone has even a better screen than the 120 Hz of Samsung S20 FE. The calls are crisp and nice. But I would say the OnePlus phones have better speakers than Pixel. The clean OS from Android is really smooth and nice, no lag whatsoever. Happy with the purchase so far.
