Thank you..!** A: It depends on how dry the wood is and how many coats you want to put on it. Also the height of the building matters as well. Since it is a camp and not close to your house buy 5 gallons in 1 gallon containers. Return or keep what you do not use. If you spray it on it will go faster than brushing or rolling. If spraying wear a respirator that protects your lungs from paint fumes. I soaked down the wood I put it on and it is holding up well a year later. **Q: Can I use this to protect all of the wood in my crawl space? Beams, joists, under side of subfloor?** A: Surely. However it is best to soak the wood in the solution. The package information states that soaking is the only way to dissuade bugs from burrowing in the wood.
