tl;dr: We adopted our bun in November of 2022 and it was a real challenge to figure out what the best litter box setup was for our free roam house bun. We went through SO MANY LITTER BOXES trying to find the perfect option and this is it!BUNNY LITTER BOX CRITERIAOk, so this is what I was looking for in regards to the perfect litter box for our bun:- Big enough to fit our 6.5 lbs bun.- Easy to fill hay manger thingy from the top.- Contains hay as much as possible.- Plastic floor with holes so it's more comfortable for our bun's feetsies.- Easy to pull out the litter pan.- Fits the same size of pee pads that we already have. lolAdmittedly, this criteria was developed after purchasing three or four other more traditional litter boxes and then one that is very similar to this product. The traditional litter boxes just resulted in a lot of mess because our bun was standing in the litter box with his pee and poop. When I found the one that is similar to this product it was such a huge relief. IT CONTAINS THE HAY (mostly). It works well with some modifications, which is removing the top grate thing of the cage so that it is easier to refill his hay. It's also not the easiest to pull out the litter tray, but that could be because we don't have the wheels on it.WHAT I LIKE- Everything. This litter box literally meets every criteria I have for the ideal bunny litter box.- It's so easy to open and close the top to refill his hay. The same goes for opening and closing the door/ramp. The other one we have that is similar to this is not as easy to open and close. If you have a bunny, you know how awful their pee smells and so the least amount of time you have to spend around the pee, the better off you are.- The litter pan slides out so smoothly. It's amazing. I love it. Again, anything that makes cleaning a bunny's litter box easier makes me happy.- The plastic grate is so smooth and it is ONE PIECE. The other one we have has two grates and a plastic piece in the middle. This just makes for a lot more places for bunny pee to get into and to have to clean. It's not fun. It smells. It's hard to clean. One piece is SO MUCH BETTER.WHAT I DON'T LIKE- The ramp/door is advertised as non-slip, but it's not. I just put a blanket on it to make it easy for him to get in and out. I also bought clear 1" tread tape and cut it to fit in between all of the lines. He still didn't trust it at first, so we keep the blanket around, but when the blanket falls off, he will still go up the ramp. The tread tape is something I highly recommend that you purchase with this if you're using it for a litter box.- It's not that I don't like this, it's just not useful to our bun. The little "loft" and ramp that comes with this is useless for our bun. He weight about 6.5 lbs and is the same length as the ramp and could never fit on the loft. We tried using the loft to set his hay on, but that was obviously very messy. I just took these out. If you have a larger bun, I would just not install them.Pictured is our void bun, Bean, enjoying his gourmet hay. You can also see the tread tape, which is what looks like the frosted part on the ramp. Also, the blanket that sometimes stays attached. Depends on how aggressively our bun is playing with the other animals in the house. lol

We use this enclosure as an eating/bathroom area for our free roam rabbit. It was easy to assemble. I did not install the shelf. I also did not install the wheels as the ramp becomes very steep if you do. I use a puppy pad in the slide out shelf and that helps catch wayward waste with less clean-up. The best party is that it is very easy to clean. Safe for paws. Easy to transport. Great height and average width, though too small to lock away a rabbit, in my opinion. Our rabbit can easily rest there though. Very happy with this product so far!

The media could not be loaded.  Nothing in this world is prefect. But my family loves the easy clean up. And he love the space, without taking too much of our space. Love it!!!

Guinea pig cage. Clyde loves it. The top layer was a little steep but we moved it down until she gets used to it.

I liked the sturdiness, size, value for the money, super easy to get together, and best of all my guinea piggies love running up and down the stairs during their zoomies. I put pieces of carpet to give them more support when going up the stairs because it was a bit slippery for them and glued on some wooden sticks together for the sides of the ramp just so that they wouldn’t fall:) its perfect and best of all eases the cleanup because of the tray on the bottom i just start cleaning at the top and make my way down to discard of everything

This cage was an answer to prayers, literally. We have the best bunny in the world, but his litter habits are beyond disgusting. We tried litter of all sorts, different litter boxes, different locations, etc. to no avail. This cage is perfect for us. Everything drops right through, we use potty pads in the tray and change them daily, it is so easy to just slide it out and clean up. The bottom is a quality smooth plastic with holes in it, much more comfortable than wire. Please note that it is a small cage, we use it as his main “house” but he is able to free range through the house several hours a day, so it works. If this is going to be the only area for your bun I strongly recommend an x-pen for exercise space. Our bunny comes and goes as he pleases, and loves to sleep on the shelf. As other reviewers noted, the ramp to the shelf is useless but the shelf is plenty low enough for any functioning rabbit to hop up without it. Love this cage!!!

My son paid with his saved money to get this cage, for his rabbit. As he was so excited to receive it! The cage did come a couple of days early than expected. As we was putting it together. We noticed we were missing one part. Unfortunately that’s not what he paid for. as him being who he is he did not want to send the cage back decided to keep it, but please do better thank you.

Easy to set up and 100% escape proof. Our little 2lb chocolate polish bunny is an escape artist, so we bought this and months later she has yet to escape! This is perfect size for her and she has tons of room. She will only get to be 3lbs when fully grown. However if you put anything bigger in here they will not have enough room!
