Love the variety of tea, I didn't take for pain relief but to make sure I was going regularly while eating clean. I definitely used the bathroom for it's effective so I would say good quality, effective, health benefits, calms bloating which could potentially help with pain relief

I love this tea. It works pretty fast a my meal.

Has a slightly spicy taste that makes it delightful to drink. It leads to more trips to bathroom but after 3-4 days of @3 cups daily (still eating) we feel more energetic. Less lethargy and clearer skin also
