I did plenty of research before purchasing this unit because admittedly, they are on the expensive side. Negative comments were rare. I asked numerous questions with the distributor, Xammue ,and they answered every single one within a day (12 hour time difference) and I felt comfortable with them and with One Netbook, the manufacturer. It arrived at my house in Florida from Hong Kong within five days. Great shipping time. My model is an i5 with 16 gb ram and a 512gb harddrive. I figured the i7, as tempting as it was, would be overkill, especially with about a $300 price difference. Setup was typical for Win 10 with the only hiccup being it didn't have a correct Microsoft Windows 10 ID code. A quick call to Microsoft and it was up and running in no time. It's definitely quick, has a very good Intel wifi card and tablet mode works as it should. It does get a little warm as others have reported. That is quite normal with these advanced Intel cpu's and not unbearable at all. I keep the bottom clear for ventilation and it's fine. The fan will pick up speed as it should but the increase in noise is no worse that any laptop I've used before. Not obnoxious at all. The little nub that's the mouse takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Personally, I used a bluetooth mouse and thing go a little quicker (but not a necessity). I did purchase the extended warranty only because of the long distance involved between the US and China. Possible cost for repairs was a factor too. The distributor, Xammue, assured me they would offer quick assistance and based on their reputation, I'm comfortable with that. The purpose of this purchase is for travel. I own a 16 in laptop for home use and a 14in 2-n-1 laptop that I can keep in a backpack or suitcase. This little i5 pc has been fun to play with and does everything it's big brothers can do. The 2K screen is great and the lighted keyboard is a plus. This review was done on my own with no gifts involved and it was a purchase by me, not one provided to me to test and review. Don’t buy this laptop, it you want buy this laptop that’s gonna be a big mistake in your life , the cooling fan in this laptop is too bad , I don’t know why they fixed around $1100 ?

This is a great laptop I use it for gaming, coding in Unity, rigging and doing 3D character design, in Autodesk maya and zbrush. This computer is a upgrade from my GPD WIN 2 that had built in game controls but wasn’t a versatile UMPC that I needed to justify the price. I bought this mini laptop somewhere else as well but I suggest buying off of Amazon for money protection reasons or if you have a problem with the device as I would most likely purchase again from here if anything was to ever go wrong with mines. I added rails to my device using the razor junglecat joy on controllers so I can use as a pc switch when I’m not doing my schoolwork. I also purchased the surface slim pen and added magnets to the front of the device lid so when I’m drawing the pen stays attached to he computer the fact that this computer is able to play yakuza 0 and many other games like even persona 5 on the ps3 emulator and your able to draw on it makes the purchase highly worth it.
