This works great on my hair but I would really like it if they offered a less-plastic refill pack.

This is a new product for me and I love it! It is easy on my hair and even my hairdresser likes it. It came with the lids sealed down and in a plastic bag and I did not have the issues with spillage others reported. I would recommend this

I love this shampoo! Makes my hair feel so soft! Smells amazing too! I’ve ordered this product several times and the packaging is usually really good!However this time, someone forgot to add the sealed wrap on top of the bottle! The bottle was in a plastic bag. It leaked ALL OVER all 4 of the items I ordered in this delivery!!! I’ve NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN!! Very disappointing for sure!! Amazon needs to check this out BEFORE sending a bottle out in the mail!

This product is great. I do not need to use conditioner and my hair really shines.

This shampoo & conditioner is excellent for dry hair! Especially since I had to have a keratin treatment at the salon because my hair was so dry & frizzy. I highly recommend it!

I usually use this brand of shampoo and conditioner but decided to order this keratin version for damage hair. I can’t review how well it helps your hair because the conditioner had a strange smell and after smell that took two days to wash/fade away. The overall fragrance is a citrusy gardenia scent and I enjoyed it in the shampoo but the conditioner was not the same. I did look at the bottle and the conditioner to see if it looked old and I couldn’t visibly find any signs of receiving old product so I believe it’s just the product itself no fault to the seller.

I have always used this brand because of my hairdresser. She got me hooked onto the one that’s for color treated hair. I read reviews and the description on this one as a shampoo and thought I would try it. It heavily dried my hair out for one, two the bottle was NOT sealed when sent, which I found highly concerning. I am unsure if I want to use it going forth considering I have no guarantee that this was an original product and not a remake of a product by an online seller. Afraid of what ingredients might have been added or used in this product. I can definitely say that I am disappointed…
