My husband's older desktop finally bit the dust.I found this one right away and suggested it. He insisted he had to do his own shopping and make his own decision.A week later, he asked me to order this one. Tee hee!He loves it!Can't believe how fast it is! And the beautiful picture quality and awesome sound make his constant video viewing even better.There's also the space saving feature that sure makes his half of our office neater!

Easy set up. Enjoying it so far. The large screen is wonderful to work with for writing and zooming in to meetings and seminars. Be careful if you have a cat - mine is attracted to the cursor and whatever is moving on the screen.The keys stick sometimes and it appears you have to position the keyboard at a particular distance from the screen to prevent that from happening. Took a little while to figure that out.

I love this computer with one tiny exception. The USB ports are on the back of the monitor. They are awkward to get to and wish they were on the side. The power button is tricky to find too. But the camera is excellent and video quality is top notch. It is fast and operates as expected. Easy to set up and get up and running. I hope it lasts a long time!

When we decided on buying this computer, it being a Dell was a prime consideration as reviews for its products are generally quite good. As expected, the computer arrived on time, when it was promised and it was well boxed and protected. Everything that was promised to be included was included. Setup was not a problem as I have many years of experience of working with computers, including setting them up. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5-star rating was the fact that had I not such an extensive background of working with computers, the setup would not have been as easy. I could well imagine some purchasers being on the phone with others, perhaps Dell themselves, as no setup instructions were included in the delivered package. In the past, as has been the case with other computers I have bought in the past, including Dell, such instructions were included.

The appearance of this computer is clear and delicate, the screen color is soft and good for the eyes, and the memory operation speed is fast when the computer is turned on and off. There are some defects in stereo sound, and the sound is a little bit flutter. Generally speaking, it is a good computer, so far the use of the feeling is more satisfied.

I mean, it looks good. The display is beautiful and it's a super sleek design. But right out of the box it had a power adapter issue (which seems to be common for Dell after doing some research). The computer ran so slow I couldn't open the programs I purchased it for in the first place (Lightroom and Photoshop - I couldn't even run them separately, let alone together). The keyboard worked sporadically at best. Usually it wouldn't type at all, other times it would lag (I'm talking 3-4 seconds before anything would show up). I replaced the batteries and tried unplugging the USB adapter, nothing worked.I called Dell and they attempted to fix the power adapter issue through BIOS, but that didn't work so they said I could send it in for repairs. I hadn't even used the thing and I'm supposed to send it in for repairs?... no thanks, it's going back.

Purchased this all in one several months ago and I'm now sending my review after much usage. I feel that Dell exceeds in their computer builds and would not hesitate to purchase another Dell computer. I like the way the all in one takes up much less space. It has an Intel Core i7 chip which makes it run pretty fast. Very pleased with this one.

The housing of the camera i.e. camera module is loosely fitted in the slot. As a result it resonates with the speaker frequency while you are listening to someone speaking during a video call. I think they should make it tightly fitted or do some NVH re-design improvements or use a different less stiff material for the housing. My desk looks really tidy with this on my desk :)
