Q: Can I use this on the kitchen worktop?

I’ve used this on my kitchen cabinet doors, they are wood coated with plastic , went on easy. Great finish really pleased. It would depend on your work surface , if find a spot to do a tester first, apply thinly , I used two coats with a sponge roller .

Q: Is it a warm/cold shade of grey? I can’t quite figure it out from the pictures?

I have recently used this in my hallway an I would say it has a blue tinge to it my whole house is greys an whites an I’m going to paint over this with something else too blue for me

Q: I want to refresh my previously painted cupboards. will this be ok to go over old paint on solid wood - not mdf or melamine?

In my experience you would get a more durable finish from normal paint than from the cupboard paint. I’m not impressed with mine.

Q: After painting your cupboards what is the best thing to clean them with so it doesn't remove the paintt

I would use a soft cloth, nothing abrasive and a just some fairy liquid in hot water. That’s how I clean mine and been ok.
