This is my favorite go to organic oatmeal. I like the quick oat variety, it's a large cylinder easy to store and lasts a decent amount of time for a family.

It's good oatmeal. Cooks in about 5 minutes. I add blueberries and cranberries, kefir and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Nice oatmeal product. You may have to experiment if you use a microwave. the correct container is a must and it must have a vented cover and be large enough to contain any oatmeal splash. Use 3/4 cups water and 1/4 cup oatmeal. I cook in the microwave on high for 45 seconds. Them I cook it an additional five minutes on the 30% power setting. If you want thicker oatmeal add a minute or two to this low power setting. These are steel cut oats and it makes an excellent oatmeal. I add either raisins or some diet syrup.

Since Bob's Red Mill now has a lot of quality control problems I had to find a new quick cooking steel cut oats. Not all of them taste great (I'm looking at you TJ). This one tastes great and cooks evenly since the groat pieces are consistent size.
