I had an issue with my car satnav not charging.Is it the fault the satnav, the cable, the car adapter, something else? Could have been expensive to find out the hard way.This device instantly diagnosed the issue (the power cable). Literally plugged it in between the car adapter and the cable. read 0.56A (way too low). Tried a spare cable (too short to actually use) 1.25A.New low resistance cable on order.

Great value and very useful. Mine had dead pixels so I returned it but I will order another.

When I ordered this, it was to replace a simple "Volts/Amps" meter I've had for a few years, but mislaid. I had a USB charger that looked like it was failing at its job, and wanted to check it out.So the new purchase arrived, in a nice little plastic box, and it kinda blew my mind. First, a gorgeous little colour LCD screen, full of text, flashing fields that were waiting for data input, and more. Even though I have been working in IT all my adult life (since the 80s!!), I had never really "thought" about USB. I had no idea there different charging protocols, voltage and current negotiations between server (charger) and client (device being charged) - and this little baby spelt it out! It actually tells you (on that tiny screen), which charging protocol is in use, alongside voltage, current - oh and those resettable flashing fields - the accumulated charge!Madly in love with this tiny dongle. OH - and sure, it proved my suspect charger was faulty. At best, producing a mere 4.5V, and so, sent to the great Project Box in the Sky.

Use tgis for a solar project, not always on when connected to the usb charger via the solar panel but ok when sufficient amount of current goes through

I have a number of 3-5 yr old lithium rechargeables I wanted to test for capacity. This device proved accurate but the display for the parameters I was interested in [mAhr and Whr] was very difficult to read due to poor use of digit colour vs. background and small size. I have pretty good close up vision but in the end I had to use a small magnifier.

I wanted to see what the power consumption of a vehicle battery monitor that I made based on an ESP8266 was, particularly how much power it used when it was put to sleep. This was perfect.

Indispensable pour vérifier la qualité des câbles de recharge usb des portables, pc etc.. attention cependant à pas trop le manipuler brusquement je l'ai rallonger via des câbles court usb mâle femelle aux extrémité.. il est pratique et peut encombrant.. livraison rapide et bien emballé bravo Amazon.. je recommande ce produit.

Ottimo tester per prese USB, sembra funzionare molto bene anche se non ho potuto confrontarlo con altri prodotti. I rilevamenti comunque sembrano corretti. Unica pecca: la custodia per la chiave è veramente troppo giusta e quando si deve tirare fuori si rischia di rovinare la chiave. Ma questa è una piccolezza.

Het geeft de belangrijkste waarden aan voor het controleren van een USB stroombron. Mooi klein van formaat met een kleurendisplay. Alleen zijn de rood gekleurde cijfers erg slecht leesbaar door het gebruik van de cyaan gekleurde transparante behuizing. (Een cyaanfilter houdt namelijk rood tegen)
