Now I have the same issue with the 2nd one.If the manufacturer can get back to me - for possible repair - that would be helpful.The rest of the Scooter is solid - I just don't understand why the steering shaft is coming loose - which makes the handle bars become unaligned with front wheel. I cannot tighten the hex bolts on the shaft - as they are already tight (I don't want to strip bolts).
