Where can I get replacement ferro rod for the standard size lighting striker?

I would contact lightning strike and ask them what replacement rods are available for your Striker. I have mine in my survival kit and only use it when necessary.

With an angle display exposed to overhead lighting, is the glass non-glare or anti-reflective?

This is regular sick glass, I don't think it's non-glare or anti-reflective. Thanks.

They are proprietary. One side is flat so it’ll secure into the housing. It’s a very small inconvenience for as awesome as this piece of kit is. 5 stars - 100% recommend

How big is the rod length by diameter?

It’s a high quality ferro rod that 2 1/2” long x 3/8” thick. Doesn’t seem very big but the efficiency of the design affords less amount of strikes.
