Fapully Black Kitchen Faucet,Commercial Pull Down Kitchen Sink Faucet with Sprayer

I am going to preface this review by saying I have bought multiple faucets from Fapully for friends and family as well as my own use. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the faucets and the service. The first one I bought was 3 years ago and it is still in service.There are a couple of tips I would offer. The hoses supplied my not be long enough for your installation. This is not in all cases, but I do my own plumbing and have had to request longer hoses because I like my supply pipes low under the sink. You may request longer hoses when purchasing. Before installation be sure to run water through the faucet to ensure any packing material is dislodged and does not get into the screens of the faucet. This is a precaution I perform on all plumbing no matter where and who I purchase it from. It is a life lesson I have learned. The last item is too run hot water through the faucet to ensure any oil taste is gone from the faucet. The taste can come from the manufacturing process and is normal and washes out.The faucet is well packed and arrives undamaged and it arrived in 3 days from ordering. The faucet itself is well constructed and I like the brushed metal finish. It has always held up for me and wipes clean easily. I like the pot filler, allows me to have running water and is high enough to get large and deep pots as well as buckets if I have a deep sink.The sprayer has weight to it. Very well constructed and manages the pressure well. There are a feature I find very useful. The sprayer has a clip to lock in the spray position. This allows me to lock the sprayer in the on position and use the right hand free. The sprayer clip on the faucet is nice, swivels and I can push it out the way when needed.The water shut off on the faucet itself is great, I can control the pressure to the sprayer or the pot washer more easily. This allows me to conserve water while in use.Overall, I have had great experience with the faucet and others I have bought. I also have had great support and follow up from Candy at Fapully in the past and in this experience as well. Being aware of the time zone difference and patience has made every situation turn out great. Providing facts for any difficulty I have had and pictures allowed Fapully to get replacement parts when needed. Such as when I damage a seal or something I needed clarification with.I will continue to buy their products as I enjoy the value and continued improvement in the quality of the products. I've worked and volunteered in a variety of commercial kitchens, both in and out of the dish room. One thing I always loved was the feel and use of the big faucet in the dish room. When we decided to finally remodel our kitchen I knew I wanted a faucet at least similar to the ones I had used. I was blown away at the cost of some of the faucets out there. This is the exact same thing (just shorter) but at a fraction of the cost. The pot filler sticks out just enough to get the job done while not being in the way, and has it's own on-off lever in conjunction with the main one. One feature I didn't realize but now love, is the ability to lock the pull down sprayer in the on position so that when you turn the water on you can use both hands in the sink. We are not finished remodeling yet, but here is how it looks on our counter top. Would definitely purchase another.

We really like this faucet! The sprayer has enough force to do an effective pre-rinse, unlike some others, and if you're careful, you can squeeze the handle gently for a less forceful spray, without having to adjust the valve at the base. The aerator spout can be turned off so that there is no waste of water when the sprayer is not being used. The aerator spout is just enough shorter than the sprayer arm that you can swing either one from side to side without a collision or having to take the sprayer out of it's support.This is the fourth faucet of this commercial-restaurant type that we have tried, and the first one that has really done everything what we wanted, even though some of the others cost three times as much.Quality seems very good, compared to some others. The two year warranty is nice to have, should a problem develop. It was easy to install, and has worked very well for a couple of weeks now. All the valves and moving parts operate smoothly, with a good feel, no leaks.It is very similar to it's sister faucet  Fapully Contemporary Spring Single Handle Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer, Brushed Nickel , which also gets good reviews, but we like the sprayer handle better on this one.
