Noticed it working 3 days in

Recently brought this to help with breast milk production and I have noticed a difference. I have only been on it for 2 days and already I can see i am making more milk. Now,I am not an over producer I was making under an ounce per breast per session sometimes. I Recently finished fenugreek supplements by another company and I did not noticed any difference if anything my supply was dropping. I noticed that I am making over an ounce now per session per breast and haven't done anything drastic in my diet.

I take this for my cholesterol which my doctor suggested for me. It has helped with that, plus has also helped me lose weight by cutting out half of cholesterol from my diet. Pill size is a little bit bigger, but not hard to swallow. I only take a half dose though, because it upset my stomach a bit.

I’ve tried other brands, but this one I prefer specifically because I can tell that it’s working. Other brands I can say they may be more cost-efficient. They may even be more expensive, but I truly am not getting the same effect of what I’m looking for that, I would get with this brand. I try a different brand recently and mid bottle went on ahead and ordered another bottle of this and that one is just sitting now going to Waste. This is my preferred brand

I have purchased this supplement 5 times now and it’s worth it. It tastes good like maple syrup and easy on the stomach. I do think it helps with my hormones balancing out and mood improvements has great health benefits and good potency.

i will be entirely honest and admit i purchased fenugreek based on the claim that it makes you smell like maple syrup. i mean, i'm a vegan and all about natural supplements, so why would i NOT want a natural supplement to make me smell like a stack of vegan pancakes? i personally only noticed a faint maple smell under my armpits, and my boyfriend claims my pee smelled like syrup... my boyfriend also then purchased this supplement and he had similar results. two cakes in a stack ;) buuuuuut, amidst my journey to maple goodness, i did not consider much other than that side effect. i knew this supplement was for lactation, as well as the claim that it is for digestion and libido. well, i will tell you this: my libido has been higher now than when i was a lil puberty-enduring teen. i am in my 20s, so it's not as if libido is an issue for me now, but my boyfriend and i are both a little nuts lately. along with this major development, my itty bitties have grown a bit in size, which would make sense if it supports lactating mothers?? i am not sure if it is connected to the fenugreek, but not complaining. as far as digestion goes, i think it may help bloating and digestion a smidge, but it hasn't been so noticeable that i am screaming about fenugreek from the rooftops for bloating. overall, a delicious, yet seemingly unnecessary supplement. KEEP IN MIND, natural supplements, and really any supplement, affects everyone differently. personally, i am "normal" in regards to my health, i eat very clean, drink lots of water, and practice yoga, so perhaps i didn't feel any negative effects due to that, but nonetheless, give it a try! it might leave you smelling like a waffle house, reduce your bloating, get it up for your gal or guy, or maybe help you produce milk-- either way, i say it is worth a shot.
