I am not a professional, I’m just a teacher that gets roped into face painting at our annual Christmas festival but I will say this stuff is top notch. A little goes a long way when activated with water and it washes off easy. The greens do a spectacular grinch face and the blue and white cake are perfect for some Elsa swirls. This paint is so good I almost don’t look like an amateur… from a distance.

I got this to do some face painting for my grandkids birthday parties and it was so much fun! I’ve always thought of myself as a very artistic person, but I’m gonna tell you that you definitely want to practice in advance which I did not do. Kids only want to sit still for so long so if you take some time to practice, it will work out much better because you can bust out really fast designs and they look fantastic! This stayed on the kids face great, and then washed off at the end of the day with no problem.

I just do face painting for friends and church events and this works well, colors dry quickly and will wipe off with water, no soap needed. Good staying power as long as it’s dry.

Should have read reviews first. I bought these to add to my face painting kit. I paint faces for charity events. I am disappointed. These colors are beautiful and vibrant and they go on very well and make for a nice set. However the purple color in each split cake seems to stain even after washing with soap and rinsing with water. I so badly want to keep this set I’m debating getting a plain purple and cutting out Thier purples and replacing them. Do to the price that is probably what I’ll do. I have an old snazaroo I may see how it fits with it. If you have never don’t diy split cakes it’s not hard. I did find it didn’t stain my daughter’s arms like it did mine and when I applied to my face it seems to do better as well. I also found with some primer before application it helps when removing it as well.

I’m just learning and its a great kit for beginners . Has so many different colors . The stencils were tough to use on the face though. The brush sizes were perfect . A good price range also. A little bit of a learning curve but took a few youtube videos to figure it out.

We got these as an economic alternative to the name brand. They were impressive! No smudges and lasted most of the day! Easy to remove with soap and water.

Love this face paint it’s easy to use and isn’t messy perfect for Beginner face painters the formula is water activated, so I suggest using this product with a spray bottle close by to keep a good amount on the brush. The colors are vibrant and really pigmented, but easy to wash off you can even rub mistakes off with a baby wipe.

This face painting kit is absolutely amazing! Even a novice can create professional-looking designs with ease. It also make for a fast application which I find key for my toddlers. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced painters alike!

nice paints, they go on smoothly and are nice colours. However, the stencils that come with it are very poor quality. I dont think I will use these as the paint seeps through them making it difficult to use. The paint brushes are not too bad but I do agree with what the others are saying that the one flat brush needs to be the size of the width of the split cake to pick up all colours so it would be great to have a 1” included. I just tried taking the paint off my arm and it STAINED my entire arm even with soap and water. Has anyone else had this issue with this brand? If it was on a persons face, I’m not sure that the customer is going to like it not coming off. I may send back. But I do love the colours and how they go on just not how they come off.

Was not expecting such nice quality paint. Easy to apply, and simple to clean up with water and soap. The provided paint brushes are soft and springy, making for smooth application. Paint is nicely pigmented and buildable, from transparent to opaque - applied in layers, or by changing the water:paint ratio - without caking. Dries flexible and crack-free with a soft feel, no smudging. Used on Hallowe'en, applied at 5:30am, worn through a workout then all day at work with no touchups needed other than translucent powder for shine. Would absolutely recommend.
