Two different and indispensable tools. One, rigid and ergonomic to cut the dough into several pieces, and the other very flexible to transfer the dough to the work surface. No regrets for this purchase.

Abs brilliant and couldn’t be without them now. Perfect for scraping sticky sourdough dough cleanly from bowl plus cleaning up work surface after bread-making. One bendy, which I use more often than the firmer white one but both have their uses. Highly recommend.

I actually purchased these scrapers for scoping up veg and salad once chopped to add to whatever I am cooking. The are great, easy to wash, infact I put them in the dishwasher. Yes they are also good as pastry scrapers. I recommend.
