Just what I wanted
I am an invalid and spend a lot of time watching tv in the dark, so I wanted a watch I could read in the dark. It isnt very bright but enough to be able to read it and it is also large enough to read easily. It is not beautiful but is good looking enough to wear when going out. It is just what I needed and I am satisfied with it.

Keeps good time
I know this watch keeps good time because it was still set to Tokyo time when I took it out of the box. This watch is generally the same size as my old scratched-up Swatch, but the Casio is thinner, and it doesn't tick. My wife is very happy that I've moved up to this silent alternative.I like almost everything about it except that the green numbers don't contrast well from the black background. (The contrast in the photo seems fine, but in real life it's duller.) It's OK for me, because the hands of the watch are what's important, and they are totally visible, even in the dark.

The unisex size is nice - it doesn't look too big on a woman's wrist or too small on a man's. It also doesn't look cheap or plastic-like. FYI the "luminous" hands are the standard glow-in-the-dark yellow (and look plan white in the light).Would definitely recommend.

Stopped working
Maybe it's a one-off but it stopped working very shortly after I received it and I had to return it. Casio used to be a good brand.

Not waterproof ...
Supposed to be waterproof, but humidity seeped in after a month. Still works. Otherwise good for the price
