There is ease in swallowing this gel. The quality of ingredients are good. Was wanting to include omega 3 in the diet as I am training MMA.

This product failed lab test report by trustified and threatened legal action against trustified when exposed. According to them - EPA and DHA values are less than 50% than what the brand claims. So if you think this is value for money, its doesn't seem like it.

I buy several general health supplements (fish oil, calcium, vit. d, etc). I buy them based on advertising or price. I've never noticed any results; I just take the stuff out of faith. I first ordered CF's Triple Strength Fish oil many months ago. I -- somewhat unbelievably -- felt an improvement OVERNIGHT to a chronic irritated nerve in my foot. I reported this to my father... who told me I was crazy. Nevertheless, I convinced him to try it. My father at the time had a skin condition (flaking, cracking, bleeding of large patches of skin) that even steroids was only fixing about 80%. The last 20% just wouldn't go away. But my father too, the morning after taking this fish oil, noticed that the irritated patches were softer. And within a week his problem cleared completely. Next: our dog. LOL. He's getting old. He, like my father, has chronic skin irritation. Once again, OVERNIGHT, I noticed a change in him – not to his skin, but to his mood, energy, and JOINTS. He was a little more feisty, playing with the leash and such on our next morning's walk. Within 3 days, my scruffy boy’s hip stiffness improved and he came up to my room without being carried -- for the first time in ages. After years of blindly consuming random/trendy brands of supplements, both here in India and in the United States, I had become convinced that supplements can’t be expected to ever really DO anything. Well, this is the product that changed my mind, and genuinely improved my life. NOTE: I stopped buying this a while back because I noticed a chemical smell & taste. I thought: “Good things never last” etc. I threw out the bottle and I began trying other triple-strength fish oils from amazon. What I found was that none of them had the wow-ness factor of my initial CF experience. So... I wrote to the company (months after my last purchase from them) explaining my complaint AND my desire to return to their fish oil... and... they immediately responded, answered my questions, and sent me a replacement for the unsatisfactory product. Conclusion: Indispensible supplement. AND great customer service. Obviously, your results may vary. My house is mostly vegetarian, so we may all have been very deficient. Therefore I would just say to everyone: Try it and see. -- It might just solve a problem you didn’t think could be solved.

I have tried Salmon Fish oil and Triple strength fish oil by Carbamide forte and believe me both gives results.. I have seen improvement mentioned below 1) I was not able to see sunlight comfortably when I go out, pain gets start in eyes. After using this Eye health improved a lot now I'm not getting eye pain. 2) It improved my sleep quality. 3)Seen improvement in my Brain health now I have lot of energy for day 4)After using it my Biceps 💪 is getting bigger and bigger with Cuts, coz it might improved my testosterone level. 5)Skin health is getting Improved. 6) After getting results from salmon fish oil I gave it to my Dad and brother as well and after using it they took the bottle from me so I have to order next bottle i.e triple strength fish oil by CFs and I'm seeing the same results. This is not a paid promotion. Believe me I overwhelmed by such product for improving my life. I used WOW FISH OIL and Sardine Fish oil by Healthy Hey but that product was such a waste don't buy that crap.. Go for fish oil in Triglyceride forms only.. This is my first review on Amazon and I'm wasting my time to write all this stuff only because I'm really grateful to this product for giving boost to my Life 🧬. Now I will try Fish oils from other Premium brands too as now I'm a huge fan of Omega 3 fatty acids!!😍

I have been using GNC Fish oil capsules for the last 28 years. I take a total of 1434 mg of EPA and over 1200 of DHA every day (as suggested by FDA) for cardiac health. For the first time, I bought Carbamide Forte fish oil capsules which have decent quantities of EPA and DHA. Capsules of both are similar in size but Carbamide are at least 30% cheaper. I would report after I have used them for some time. But I wish Carbide would disclose the source of Fish oil they use in their capsules. Fish oil capsules are not for pain relief but do have other benefits for cardio health, eyes, skin and joints.
