Great read for the serious!
This book is great if you're considering a food truck of some sort. It is extremely detailed in explaining the necessary steps for opening your own business. This will help you think of things you had not considered in your journey such as expenses, materials, marketing, and competition. Good luck!

Easy read. Not intimidating.
Short and full of information. A good jumping off point. Very basic place to start. I like how they talk about many different options for food trucks, like carts, mobile catering, bustaurants, etc. This book has lots of inspiring ideas.
