great Patch
I used these on my husbands Carhart pants. He tore a hole in the knee while roofing the house.I put patches inside and outside the knee area for added strength since the roof won the first round. The ones on the inside did awesome thru the wash and dry cycle, the ones on the outside started to peel away. I threw the package and instructions away but I am betting it said to turn the clothing inside out while washing and drying but since I had it on both sides, that wasn't going to work. So I just sewed it around the edges. Super durable, and holding up to the roofing project! I would definitely buy again. The color was almost an exact match to the pants I was patching.

Patches, you need these stinking patches
I bought my first pair of Carharts 20 years ago. I was in high school. All the kids were wearing them back then. They unfold like a cardboard box the first day you try them on, but slowly they wear in, mold to your body, and wither away. I've worn them a couple thousand times, and busted holes through the knees and upper legs from work, camping, rucking around in the woods. As the years went on, I was convinced that one day I'd go to put them on, and brrrrrrrip, tear right through the leg like Kleenex. Sure, I could always buy another pair. But that's not the point, guy. So I made the sad choice of folding their now delicate fabric into a tiny rectangle, and sticking the bundle up on my closet shelf. They sat there about three years, until the other day when my wife said, "HEY, let's do some spring cleaning." Which in our house means, "HEY, how about you throw some of your stuff in a box, and I'll stick it out on the street for people to look at?" Sure enough she went for my closet, and eyed the Carharts. "You don't wear those anymore," she said and wrapped her thrifty little fingers around their throat. I begged her to let me try them on one last time. Please baby, please! Reluctantly she handed them over, and they unfurled to the ground. I stepped in, and they hugged my body like a cast. I was back in high school, and those memories came flooding in all over again. "Well we can't get rid of those!" she said with wide eyes. I just looked too damn good. So we desperately searched for options to keep them on life support. That's when we came across the Dritz 55245-9AC patches on the Amazon. The heavy canvas stone was a perfect fabric and color match for my Carharts, and the 5x5-inch cut was perfect to cover all my wears and tears. Now the patches don't come with any instructions, so I had to do some thinking of my own to make it work. This involved an iron, a needle and thread, and some scissors. Perhaps there was some whiskey involved as well. The point is, I was able to patch my Carharts up again, and reinforce not only a nostalgic pair of jeans (that were moments from being shipped off to the big pants farm up north), but patch together a wife's love for her husband (and his body). I'll be purchasing more patches to make these last another 20 years!

Very durable
The patches are very durable, but I had them sewed around the edges before using them, because I knew the adhesive wouldn’t hold there.

Works great, very sturdy
I’ve gave these to our dry cleaner t to use to make a repair. She ruined and stitched. They are cute on a pair of camo pants we didn’t want to get rid of.

Glue didn't last long
Durable material, the glue just gave up quickly. Be good in a pinch but not permanent.

Great patch for Carhartt
My husband is a contractor and live Carhartt pants. He has the flannel lined, and regular. He blows the knees out even the double knee ones. He needed colors that would match. These worked perfectly! So great! Very easy to put on, iron on. So simple and they come very quick! The color pattern is almost perfect some of the pants fade. Not patches fault. You can use two for the bigger holes. They're in about the size of a knee patch really. They're in square bit could cut to fit ! We've purchased 3!

Great camo repair
Used these to fix a rip in my expensive camo cargo pants… you really cant see the if done right… need a hot iron and pressure to make these work.

Practico

Great quality. Worth the delivery wait.
I needed a hard-wearing patch for my dads trousers and this beats any other I've been able to find.My dad has a below knee prosthetic and all his jeans and trousers wear out on the front where it rubs against the knee area. Attaching these easy patches inside the front of the leg at the crucial level saves his trousers. He is really happy with the result. They wash well, no fraying and although hard-wearing the fabric isn't bulky so it doesnt get caught on the prosthetic. As they come from outside the UK there is an extended delivery period but boy they are worth it.

Bad glue
Lasted 4 wash and dry cycles before the patches came off. I sewed them back on because most of them hadn’t completely come off. Good material, very poor quality glue. Even if you do iron the heck out of them.
