This really helps with headaches, and I have also used it on sore muscles. Just a small amount on the back of the neck, behind the ears, or on the temples gives quick pain relief from my tension headaches (even headaches due to hangovers!)The scent is a bit strong - I can tell there is definitely peppermint, but there is something else in it that makes me not like the scent over all. However, since it works so well, I will continue to use this product!

I bought this because I am running low on the undiluted Head Ease and this was actually a diluted version. The ingredients state it clearly although the description says otherwise. It smells the same, but the weaker version does not help me much compared to the full strength.

So I get really bad migraines. When I am getting a migraine, I roll this on my forehead, roll a cool jade roller over it, put on a cool pack, and take some pain killers. It would not take away the headache on its own, but it definitely provides some relief and comfort while I'm waiting for the medicine to kick in. It smells very nice, and is a great addition to my migraine arsenal.

Great product. Works just as well as the more expensive brand! Smells good too.
