The pore vacuum sucks up an amazing amount of oil from my skin, and, if it doesn't completely get a blackhead out, it brings enough of it to the surface that I can pull it out with tweezers. I also love using this with the red light and lowest setting to give myself a facial massage on my forehead, around my eyes and down my cheeks where I don't have many blackheads. I feel like doing that leaves my skin feeling more supple and brighter. There is some powerful suction in this little thing so start with the lowest setting and work your way up. I got a little overly ambitious and ended up bruising some delicate skin on my first use. Also, don't got over or stay in one place too long. I haven't used the pimple popper kit that comes with it yet, but it's a nice bonus. Since my hysterectomy my face has broke out awful. This bad boy sucked so much oil off my forehead and T zone and chin. Use setting 2 to do pores under eyes. Setting 3 to do chin and setting 4/5 to do forehead. Make sure you get hair line and even go over your eyebrows. It didn't take blackheads off my nose but o.m.g the oil!
