Q: What is the return of exchange policy

How do I return these pants? They are the wrong size .It came in a sealed plastic bag with no return address. How and to whom do I send them to get my money back? HELP SHARON

Q: How long are these, I am 5'11 and have decent size hips but a smaller waist?

I am 5’ 8”. The 31 inch inseam was actually too long if I were wearing regular shoes, but was fine with boots. I normally wear a 12 or 14 in pants (I am larger in the waist and hips) and the 38 in these snow pants is a loose fit overall. I could go down a size, but decided to keep these to allow for layering. There are belt loops. Hope that helps.

First off there are different styles which I did realize. Why they don't sell them seperately is beyond me. Some one said a size 12 was a 34? I ordered size 34 and I wear a 14 and I could have gone down a size. But looking at the size chart, it says something different. Also, it stated a snap button closure and the pair I received has a button??

She sounds like me. I got an XL and they fit well. So good, in fact that I am ordering another pair in a different color.
