Vendor was responsive to my inquiry.
I had a failing IKEA desk lamp that I wanted to repair. I had determined the AC Adapter was at fault. I was having trouble finding a suitable replacement. I asked the vendor if they had an adapter that would work for me. They took the time to ask for additional info, and then offered me a link to an adapter that was compatible. The adapter seemed expensive to me, but I decided to purchase it. The lamp is now working again. I suspect the cost was associated with the size, weight and output capability of the transformer.
