Tight fit, but will work.
Is a tight fit for my 22 jewel Sturling, pocket watch. But the leather will stretch out in time, fits on my belt nice and snug. I just need to get a chain, that hooks to the pocket watch holster.Good quality of leather,great value for the price

As long as you don't carry an extra large pocket watch you want have a problem !
I looked and looked for a pocket watch holder that would fit on my belt. Glad I kept shopping. The Hide & Drink isof some of the BEST leather and the dark leather will compliment your watch. If you go on a ride at a park that'lltake you upside down you may want to put your hand on it because after a few years of use. The leather gets softerand looser.

Fits my modern pocket watch perfectly
I was able to fit my modern pocket watch into the the case easily. love that it snaps on in the back so that way it is easy to attach to my belt. my watch chain also snapped on easily to the hole on top. It will be very hard to lose my pocket watch while it is in this.

Not what I expected
I have a lot of really nice leather items made by Hide & Drink. Unfortunately this is not one of them. In fact I'm not even sure it's authentic. Normally Hide and Drink items come in a nice drawstring bag with a card telling you who made it. This arrived shoved in a plastic bag with nothing accompanying it - no card, no certificate. The round hole isn't round. Weirdly the words "Hide and Drink" in the leather appear to be enhanced with ink, which is something I have never seen on a Hide and Drink product before. The item is not suitable for its intended purpose, because the backside of the rear snap is not covered at all, so if you put a watch in here, the back of the rear snap will scratch up the back of the watch case. In short, do not buy this.
