## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the earcup pads made of? Is working out with these an option?**
A: I don't know what they're actually made of, but I can tell you they're comfortable and they are slightly "meshy". They are not covered in a pleather type of material - which is what a lot of Sony headphones are covered in. I probably wouldn't do heavy workouts in these, just a bit too bulky in my opinion. But I do go for walks with them on all the time.

**Q: Do these fit smaller heads**
A: They have a decent amount of adjustment. I don't think most people would have trouble. I have a skinny head and they fit well.

**Q: What type charger cable does it use?**
A: usb c

**Q: Do these have a built in mic?**
A: Yes, and you can activate a voice assistant (like Google Assistant) and speak to it. You can learn more about the specs here: https://www.urbanears.com/us/en/pampas.html

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Sound, comfort, and Battery Life
*by W***E on September 2, 2021*

I love the discreet design ethos: these are headphones and nothing else. Calls are crystal clear. They’re beautiful in sound as well as sight.

### ⭐ Awful. Do not buy.
*by J***O on March 31, 2026*

They seré peeling when Theo arrived.

### ⭐⭐ Very cheap build, not worth
*by S***I on January 19, 2022*

This is my second pair of UrbanEars headphones and also 2nd pair of BROKEN UrbanEars headphones. I loved both of these headphones because they are very aesthetically pleasing but I won't be buying another pair from this brand because they do not last long. Pros: - Great colourway options - Aesthetic - long battery life - comfortable - USB-C fast charging - far Bluetooth range Cons: - Cheap plastic build: both broke on me after careful handling within 2 months (pampas) and 1 year (ADV wireless) - sound quality is meh (similar to other cheap headphones) - too expensive for what you get
