This supplement is the real deal. It has gently helped balance my cycle( less pain) and makes me feel so much calmer. Shipping was fast and the packaging arrived in perfect condition. I’m already on my second bottle.

This works for polycystic ovaries. I will be 40 next month and I have entered the realm of sputtering polycystic ovaries. I have almost 2 year old fraternal twins so I am ovulating two at a time. I have polycystic ovaries confirmed via ultrasound. I usually never ovulate anymore before CD 20 and it's usually CD 21 or 26. I got a positive OPK today on CD 13 and all my other signs are there also. I expect to see a temp rise tomorrow. I have been taking this in conjunction with Ovaboost so that combined with this makes a total 4000mg of myo-inositol each day. I take this supplement in the morning with my vitamins and the Ovaboost at night because of the melatonin it contains. The awesome part is that it has only been 3 weeks. I started several days before my period began and I think I had an ovarian cyst too. I also can't sleep past about 6am anymore. I have quite a lot of energy. I still have diffuse abdominal discomfort but seeing as how I am likely about to ovulate that is not new for me but I don't feel like I need pain reliever which IS new. I would normally only have a 28 day cycle or ovulate this early on Metformin. Someone referred to the myo inositol in a review as a "colon buster" which makes me laugh but honestly I had maybe 2 days of loose bowel and it was not diarrhea by any means. If you've taken Metformin you understand that this is important. I think I was a little gassy for a few days too. Metformin makes me miserable except for the BFP that always seems to follow when I take it. I just want to encourage anyone who is thinking of trying this to ovulate earlier or just to ovulate period to try it out. I really think that this could be awesome for anyone with polycystic ovaries due to insulin resistance. That is my main problem and this is doing amazing things for me. I have not changed my diet at all. I have not been as hungry though I will say. Try this for at least a month or more. Once you are pregnant and constipated you will not care that you had a few days of loose bm's.

I didn't want to write this review until I'd used it for 3 months. So, I have PCOS, VERY irregular periods, and don't ovulate regularly. I started taking Myo-Inositol in Feb, and just finished the last dose 1 week ago. I had been bleeding constantly since Thanksgiving with few breaks in between. I cannot say for sure if this did the trick, but my "period" ended May 8th after MONTHS of endless bleeding & "spotting". I showed them to my ObGYN & she did not have an issue w/ them at all, so I continued taking them. During this time, I was having blood work done to diagnose the cause of my multiple miscarriages. I'd been taking the Myo-Inositol for 2 months at this point along with Fertilaid by Fairhaven Health as well. Along with the blood work, I also had an ultrasound to check for cysts because of my history w/ PCOS. Well, my blood work came back ALL normal with the exception of progesterone. The kicker: my ultrasound came back TOTALLY CLEAR - no cysts, follicles, or anything coinciding w/ PCOS. In the past, I've had up to 4 o5 5 cysts and follicles galore show up on the ultrasound. NOTHING. They sent it to the lab, and I had my follow-up appointment and the DR told me that the results were clear. She referred me to a hematologist and the endocrinologist for Lupus Anticoagulant & elevated fasting insulin. That's ALL the results showed. All other levels that'd been off whack in the past were under control. Another thing I noticed it that I actually had egg white CM and am now on a "normal period". I will retake these once I finish w/ this 1st round of metformin & clomid. Ladies, try it. It cuts bloating by half, and you just feel better overall. It's not a miracle cure, but it can't hurt. No BFP yet, but we're hopeful.

Update: I posted my first review about 4 months ago. I just wanted to update and say how pleased I still am with this product. I have have ovulated every month since starting this product. That is amazing! Still definitely recommend this product! I don't write review often but I am very impressed with this product. I started to take this product because we have been trying for baby #2 for 8 months with no luck. While I do sometimes ovulate on my own, I have pcos and very irregular periods and will go as long as 4 months with out ovulating or a period. After just 2 weeks of taking the suggested daily dosage, I ovulated. I feel 100% certain it is because of of the myo-inositol. While i am disappointed to say I did not concieve this cycle, I am very excited that with myo-inositol I believe I will be getting more chances to try! I also must say I have felt more energetic and just overall healthier than I have in years. That in itself is huge. It more successfully brought on ovulation for me and i had no negative side effects like I have on fertility meds. I'm not promising this will work for everyone, but it definitely is worth trying. I really thought it would not make one bit of difference for me, but boy was I wrong!

This is a product I use (along with some other vitamins and supplements) to combat PCOS. It will not work instantly, but after a few months I began to notice changes with my body (a period being the big one) and general improvement of the other symptoms associated with PCOS. Inositol is not a cure all, but in addition to the vitamins, a diet change and moderate exercise, I've seen my PCOS improve more in the last 6 months than I ever did when on birth control for the last 8/9 years. It's definitely worth trying, and for someone that has suffered from infertility and abnormal hair growth since my early teens (i.e. myself), it's been effective.

I really wish I would have known about inositol all along, because it could have saved me years of trouble. I've had PCOS for 6 years. I've gone to multiple doctors who have put me on every kind of birth control imaginable. I don't like birth control because of the anxiety and depression it always gave me. I felt that birth control always masked the problems instead of fixed them. I've been on inositol for 3 months now. I had my first period 30 days after starting Myo Inositol. I recently stopped using birth control as well. This was like a miracle to me since I have gone up to 6 months without having periods... that was the norm for me. I've also been able to lose weight and keep it off which has truly boosted my self esteem. Anyone who had PCOS knows the struggle of weight gain, hair thinning out, distinct facial hair growth, etc. This supplement has been a miracle for me. I know a lot of women use it with OvaBoost, but I haven't and it is still working. I'm not looking to get pregnant yet, though I am soon to be married and would like to have kids in the near future. I actually take Optivite P.M.T. vitamins with the Myo Inositol as well, and the combo seems to work great. I stumbled upon Myo Inositol while browsing through Amazon one day. Saw how great the reviews were, looked up some facts on Inositol online, and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did. I'm not a doctor or anything like that, but this has worked better than anything else a doctor has tried to put me on. So, if you're struggling with PCOS or ovulation issues, it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

A huge thanks for all the reviews because it helped me decide to try this product. I'm 43 yes 43 with 2 grown kids (17 & 21 ) . I'd been on bc since 2013 and had no intentions of starting over . Until recently I met the guy of my dreams ( he has no kids) well until now. I ordered this product on May 18, 2021 and begin talking it May 25 after it arrived . I took 4 pills every night at bed time . Little did I know, I wouldn't be taking them long. 15 days later , I had a Dr. appt just to make sure my ovaries and every thing was working properly. A small voice from within kept saying take a test before you arrive to your appt. The day before my appt I took a test ( June 7, 2021) . There were 2 lines but one line was extremely light . (maybe its a false positive , I thought ) So the next day , I visited my Dr. I explained my test results and she did another test to be sure. ( again 2 lines with one being really light) The ONLY way of being certain was conducting a blood test. The blood test was positive , I was indeed preg.... today June 10, I had a 2nd appt because they're trying to closely watch my HCG levels and make sure they continue to rise ... not ONLY have the numbers doubled which is normal but the went from 24 to 72 within 2 days !! I thank GOD for his many blessing but I Especially THANK GOD for this one . If all goes well, I'll have my bundle of JOY Feb/March 2022. I’ve taken this supplement religiously since August. Originally, I took it due to not ovulating and having regular periods and I am now taking it for the additional possible benefit of fertility although I think this should not be viewed as a fertility supplement but rather, a supplement to add in getting your cycles regular which can then lead to fertility down the line. My periods are a lot more regular - I’ve had 40+ day cycles earlier this year and I now have an average 32 day cycle however in November, I had a 38 day cycle so for me, the supplement has helped but not consistently - most months it’s helped but I’ve had the odd month where I still don’t have a regular 28-35 day cycle so it’s definitely not a miracle pill. I still will take it as I do think it’s helped but I wouldn’t rely on this alone to become regular or even more importantly, pregnant. It’s function is to make you more regular with your periods, nothing more, nothing less.
